We boarded our dog at K9 Resorts in Chandler for the weekend and had an outstanding experience from start to finish. The staff was really friendly and welcoming. The facility was extremely clean and quiet, which gave us total peace of mind. They anticipated our arrival and made sure our dog had everything he needed for a successful stay. We also appreciated the daily text updates—they kept us informed without being overwhelming. Best of all, our dog came home clean and freshly bathed. Highly recommend K9 Resorts Chandler for anyone looking for reliable, caring boarding. We’ll definitely be back!

We absolutely love K-9 Resort! We take our white lab, Daisy, there daily for daycare, and she gets so excited every single time we pull up. It’s obvious how much she loves being there and how well she’s cared for. The staff is incredible — they truly treat every dog like family. Daisy has made so many friends, and the team goes above and beyond by giving treats, taking adorable pictures, dressing the dogs up for holidays and special occasions, and sharing fun updates on social media. It’s such a joy seeing how happy the dogs are. One thing that really stands out is how clean the facility always is. We’ve been to other dog daycares before, and none compare. Daisy always comes home smelling clean and happy. The staff also pays attention to every little detail — if Daisy has even the smallest scratch or bump, they immediately let us know and keep us updated. As pet parents, that level of care and communication means everything to us. We are beyond happy with the service and so grateful to have found a place where Daisy is genuinely loved and so well taken care of. Highly recommend!

As a first-time customer of K9 Resorts, I was anxious about leaving my puppy in anyone's care while I left her for the very first time. The staff were so kind and receptive of information about all of my pet's needs, and offered suggestions to cover every concern I presented. K9 posts pictures daily of each pet they are caring for, and in my case, also texted me additional pics of my pet. At first, my pet's tail was down, which is a sign that she was anxious, but shortly after that picture, I saw that her tail as raised up, which meant she was happy. I could see she was happy in successive pictures throughout her stay. I am convinced that K9 Resorts is now my only pet boarding facility. Every one of the staff is kind, friendly, and engaged with their animal clients. The facility is sparkling clean, clean-smelling, and well-maintained. I also felt the facility was very secure, and their policies and practices showed commitment to safe and quality care. Thank you, K9 Resorts!!

So happy we found this place!! My pup, Gigi, always has the best time (she’s naturally very extroverted), and I’m so glad she’s able to have a consistent place to go to socialize. We’ve done both boarding and daycare here and experiences have been fabulous all around. You can tell everyone that works there are true dog-lovers ☺️ ALSO the staff puts together the cutest events/photo-ops for the dogs, which adds to even more of the fun!!!!

We just moved across the country to Arizona and our pup needed time with other pups (11 days of being on the road is a lot). Having K9 Resorts nearby was amazing! They were so wonderful and friendly, and our pup left happy (and thoroughly worn out). We are excited to have found a place that we are comfortable bringing our dog to for both daycare and boarding!
