This place in very convenient when I have to leave my dog with social anxiety. They have fairly large areas sectioned off for large & smaller dogs. And they have cameras that you can access to watch your pet, which is a huge peace of mind.

Hi! I'm Fred. 🐶 My mum drops me off here when she goes to work. The first thing I do? BARK, BARK, BARK! Gotta let everyone know the I has arrived! The hoomans always feed me when Mum asks them to, which is excellent because snacks are very important. They're all super nice, and Mum is always happy knowing I'm being looked after. This place is PAWsome! The people here take such good care of all us doggos, and there's so much fun to be had. The best part? When Mum comes to pick me up, we go for a walk! I give a lot of excited barks to let her know, "Come on, Mum! Let's go! I've got important pooping business to attend to!" Obviously, I'm the one in charge... or at least I like to think I am. 🐾 Such a pawsitive place! When Mum's happy, I'm happy... and a happy dog means lots of tail wags! Gotta go... Mum's here! WOOF! 🐕💨

Unfair Treatment from a very unprofessional Manager. Staff is great but the manager with dark hair and glasses is not kind to my dog. Started to take my 1 yr old pup to k-9 loft Pasadena. I have a large shepherd mix who is full of energy and wants to play. He does bark but he is not aggressive. When i would check the cameras i was happy to see all the great staff loving my dog and being kind to him. However when the manager was in the large dog room she would constantly spray my dog for barking when he was trying to initiate play with other dogs. I fully understand that staff doesn't allow too much rough play so that dogs don't go into pack mode so a little spray of water is fine however she was constantly spraying him and didn't seem to correct other dogs. Finally some other energetic dogs wanted to play with my dog. Nothing aggressive at all it was just the amount of dogs that was going after him that startled him and he showed VERY CLEAR signs of fear and ran from them. He ran to the manager who was overseeing the room at the time. She was in a corner by some cabinet where my dog was cornered at her feet. He had his tail between his legs, submissive and backing up to the wall

I can’t say enough good things about K9 Loft! My 4-month-old pup Ozzy just started coming here, and he’s absolutely smitten with the place. From daycare drop-offs to grooming appointments, every experience has been wonderful. The staff greets us with such genuine warmth and clearly loves what they do – you can tell they care about each pup that walks through the door! Another thing that impressed me is their retail selection. It’s like they read my mind – every product feels thoughtfully curated and perfectly suited to what dog parents actually need! The team is always so friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to help with any questions. We’re so grateful to have found K9 Loft and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a place that treats your dog like family!

my fat chiwennie with separation anxiety tried out a non aesthetic dental cleaning at this place! 🪥 It surprisingly only took an hour, and now her teeth are so shiny you'd think she got veneers🦷 the back staff goes above and beyond to deep clean and combat that respiratory dog virus floating around. the staff is on top of it making sure that all dogs have the proper vaccines💉 in order to go into the play area and have rooms for dogs who have yet to be neutered or prefer to be alone ☺️☺️ in regards to the retail area, it’s very aesthetic looking and love how cute the place looks everytime it’s a different season / holiday. various selections and cute selections of everything being sold ☺️☺️
