This place handles buisness poorly and unprofessionally. My family has been a loyal customer and fan of this facility for almost 5 years now. Bringing my Dog to board with them multiple times a year, since 2021 when he was a 4-5 month old puppy, he will be 5 in March. My dog is a German Shepherd but he is not aggressive nor does he have any behavioral issues of any kind.He is just a big old baby, who loved coming as every time we pulled Up he was basically jumping out the car to go in. We called to book with them for later this year for an upcoming trip, and got an unexpected call saying our dog was not welcomed back due to being aggressive the last time he was there. Mind you, his last time going was before the holidays and this is the first time we are hearing of this. We always text and reach out to check on our dog each and every time that he was in their care. Not once were we notified of any aggressive behavior or behavior at all from him. Not even when we went to pick him up. The only thing the staff could say was she “ thought” she told us. Which she did not, because if she did why would we try to book with them again. K9 care camp is the best! Truly don't know what we would do without them. Jean has been nothing short of incredible and we feel safe and confident leaving our pups with her anytime we are away. 10/10 recommend!!

My two golden retrievers absolutely love going to Camp with Jean! They run right in from the car, go right up to Jean for hugs and they never even look back at me! I love the pictures Care Camp sends me of my dogs and I know they are getting the best of care.

I've been taking my dogs to Jean and crew for 6 years and would never consider anywhere else. The personal touch and care my pets get are exceptional. I live in Grand Rapids but choose the 45 minute drive for the best care my pets can get. They are always happy to have a K9 Care Camp sleepover!
