I had a disappointing experience. I do not blame the staff: they seem very overworked. I communicated how nervous I was to board my dog and was told I would receive plenty of updates and photos. Updates outside of an incident were provided only when I asked specifically, and were terse. (I only asked for one after intake and one in the middle of his stay). This was after being encouraged to "blow up the phone" and that emails were very easy to respond to. Of the two photos taken of my dog, the one posted to social media shows what I believe to be signs of stress. I understand that stress comes with boarding, however, I am concerned that the staff does not know how or is ill equipped to notice some more subtle signs of stress in dogs. I appreciated that they called me when my dog was involved in an incident, but no details of said incident were given, even though they have cc TV cameras they could look through if they had the time to do so. If the staff had noticed my dogs stress, they may have been able to inform me and, ideally, perhaps communicate some of the possible outcomes of said stress. My dog had a particularly nasty case of gastroenteritis. This was very scary to expe

I love this place. I have been going here with my dogs for twenty years. I have know the owner Chad for 20 years. He is a man of integrity and his highest priority is the safety of his staff and the fur babies. I have had three dogs in that time span all attend here. They are safe, well cared for and the pack leaders all know my dogs so well 😄. I love that i can watch on the web cam anytime of day. I also love that the pups are on Facebook everyday from the awesome pictures that amber takes.

Clean and spacious facility. Staff was super friendly and helpful both on the phone and in person. They have plenty of options for your dog - whether they need a comfy raised bed or if you are inclined to spoil your dog to a log bed with their cozy sherpa blanket and a flat screen TV in a room with a view, they have the accommodation that your dog will love. Regardless of your option, your dog will be in great friendly hands and they will receive the love and care of great humans and great doggy companionship.
