K-9 Cuts

Was scheduled for 9am to bring my dogs in- smaller dog needed a nail trim, larger dog needed a haircut and nails. (I had already sent her pictures of what my dogs looked like prior to scheduling) We get there and she puts my big dog (Ben) in the kennel and he starts howling/whining as she is doing small dogs (Scrappy’s) nails. Tells me she won’t get to him (Ben) for another 45 mins so she can do another dog. I say that’s fine, and offer to walk him around or drive around and come back so he isn’t whining in the kennel. She says sure and asks me to come back. Cool. I leave and come back as we agreed. Door is locked. Call her, and she tells me she had to leave to help her daughter. Which is FINE (but could have sent me a text to let me know). So I ask her if I’m supposed to wait or reschedule. She then says she is not sure it will work out to groom my dog because of his size and how loud he whined in the kennel and didn’t want him to scratch the kennel or break out. (I had told her he can get out of the plain wire ones earlier on but that plastic shell one would be fine, he’s just nervous when he’s by himself). Now I’m frustrated because you 1) saw him already, so you knew his size

Wow! I was frantic trying to find a groomer to get my Brittany shaved for the summer tick season. I tried multiple groomers, and none were available for six weeks or more. I then called K-9 Cuts and left a text message. Erica called back within the hour. I had an appointment the same week! Long story, this was the absolute best grooming my dog has ever had! Perfectly trimmed coat, perfectly dremeled nails, and an awesome shampoo. I would highly recommend Erica for all your dog grooming needs!

Erica has been cutting my dogs hair for two years now. She gives the dogs natural OaTmeal baths so my dogs never itch and their fur is so soft. Her shop has a 24/7 recording security cameras so I feel safe when I leave them there! I had a dog that was a bit more hyper and two other dog groomers I went to before her wouldn’t cut her but Erica got the job done the first time right I was shocked honestly! Couldn't be happier with her prices for the quality of work she does. Highly HIGHLY recommend her!!!!!!!
