PLEASE READ THIS REVIEW!!!!!!! DO NOT OVERLOOK THIS REVIEW PLEASE FOR YOUR PETS SAKE!!!!!! This is by far the most difficult review I have ever written. My purpose in writing this is not because I'm looking for money or because I'm trying to attack a business. I'm writing this because I don't want another family to go through what mine has just experienced. Before the Fourth of July, we had our two dogs picked up by Junior's Puppyland for their regular grooming appointment. One of those dogs was Prince, our purebred Miniature Schnauzer. We had Prince for seven years, raised him since he was a puppy, kept him current on all of his vaccinations, and he had never experienced any serious health problems. What makes this even more heartbreaking is that this wasn't our first visit. We had trusted Junior's Puppyland for years. Prince had been groomed there since he was a puppy. Looking back, I now realize there were warning signs that we ignored. On more than one occasion, Prince came home with clipper burns. No one from the business ever informed us that he had been injured. We discovered the burns ourselves after bringing him home. I contacted the owner about it, and while he apolo

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the grooming service I received for my dog Simba at Junior's Puppyland in Brownsville. The groomers were negligent in their care, causing a serious injury to Simba's eye that will result in significant additional costs beyond the initial $103 fee, totaling to at least $300. What's most troubling is the apparent lack of accountability and transparency from the staff, who failed to notify me of the incident. The conversation my husband had with the manager was unsatisfactory; while she apologized, her suggestion that the groomer needed only to be more careful in the future was dismissive. My husband clearly stated that there would be no future visits. Given the standards expected of professional pet care services, this experience was disappointing. Fortunately, Simba is recovering well, but I would not recommend Junior's Puppyland to anyone.

Love it! As always, try to be very clear about cut, style, etc. expectations when you drop off your doggie. Bailey loves it there!!!!!!!!!! And be sure to tip your driver if you ask them to drop the puppers off! Everyone is so kind there. So kind that they called my mom to remind her of the Tuesday special! Naturally, she drove off to deliver Bailey.

DON’T EVER BRING YOUR PETS HERE!!! I’ve been to this place a couple of times and never had problems, but today really got me mad. When I picked up my dog he had a chunk of his ear cut off, we asked what happened and all they said was he moved to much and he got a little cut. THEY LIED. My poor baby has a chunk of his ear cut off and they wouldn’t let me see him until after I paid. I also found his eye to be a little red. THEY DON’T CARE ABOUT PETS.

Do not take your dog here I took my mom's dog to get groomed here, and first of they took like 5 hours I had to call them because it was already going to be 6pm. when we picked him up he had his eye blood shot red . My asked the worker what happened to him and she said that it was because of the hair drying that it would go away in 3 days. Never again they said they wouldn't be responsible if taken to the vet.
