Spokane Valley is in Washington, in the Pacific Northwest, where winters are mild and wet, summers are dry and pleasant, and outdoor recreation drives a lot of local business; hours change little through the year. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Spokane Valley follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. They shaved down all my dog when it was the only thing I asked NOT to do. He came back in high distress and hid for the rest of the day. The cut was horrible, he had long chunks of hair and irritation all over his body. Asked them to clean the cut but it wasn’t worth making my pup go back to that place with how much anxiety he had. Save your time and protect your pet, DO NOT go here.

We've used Julias Jungle and her veterinary clinic Mountain Empire for all of our pets. They have done a great job and offer fair prices. Our pets all get clipped at Julias Jungle.

I adopted a dog from here. They told me everything checks out.. he was good and healthy... They lied! Now im dealing with a lot of vet bills.. cause he was not okay! Not only that I brought him back 2xs once to get groomed and the groomer made a mistake! They tried to say that my dog bit her.. when 1 she didn't want to come out and show the "bite" 2 they tried saying I made him aggressive because of the "bite" Yet once he started bleeding from his nail! They stopped saying that real quick! He looked so terrified.. it was sad. They tried accusing me for the fact that he supposedly "bit the groomer". It was their screw up! And there was no proof of the "bit" He cant even attack due to the fact that he had dental issues at the time that they DIDNT TELL US ABOUT! There were witnesses there.. poor lady was scared for my dog too. Not only that I tried to get him checked out but the front desk for the vet was disgustingly rude. She said all the issues he had now weren't there wen they "checked him" Which is funny cause I went to a different vet that I trust and she said all the problem he has were from years before I got him! It's really sad what the dog I ADOPTED from here had to experie

Dropped in here today with no appointment hoping to schedule a future appointment for a nail trim on my new puppy and they told me "come on it!" The staff here was awesome. They were kind, compassionate, and you can tell that they actually care which is very rare in today's day in age. I told them my puppy didn't like having his nails trimmed as this had been a struggle for me in the past and they assured me that they would do everything they could to make it happen and to take great care of my pup. Fast forward, they did an excellent job. My puppy was happy with their trained staff, and it only cost me $9! Thank you so much for a job well done and being great to work with. I will definitely be back.
