Joan’s Wag ‘n’ Wash Dog Wash

The only thing I liked was the large tub and the nice hose. No shampoo, flea shampoo, disinfectants, or any of the other amenities $10 is supposed to get you. I feel like I paid $10 to use their water hose. Just bathe the dog at home. I won't be returning.

7am-10pm $10 to start the 10 minute dog wash but you can add time by adding a dollar per additional minute. There was no hot water today. Clean area. Cheaper than going to a groomer or risking a clogged bathtub at home.

I previously rated the dog wash here at 5 stars. Unfortunately, I've now wasted $20 ($10 on 2 different occasions). NO HOT WATER, NO SHAMPOOS. The only thing this place is good for is to get your dog wet. I decided it must've been a fluke on the day I went so, went again a month later and still nothing but cold water. NOTE TO THE OWNER: WOULDN'T YOU CONSIDER STILL ALLOWING CUSTOMERS TO PAY ON A MACHINE THAT DOESN'T WORK STRAIGHT OUT ROBBERY? I used to frequent your establishment for the car wash numerous times a week. I will never visit your location again and warn anyone to stay away from this place because you will get your money taken and nothing in return. Flagrant, in your face thievery! What a scummy way to run a business.

Dog was is located in the middle of a car wash business. Dog was is inside and Isolated enough that you can bring in multiple dogs and bathe one at a time without worrying about the others running off. $10 to get started but can add individual dollars to add more minutes. $1=1min. Accepts cash and debit/credit cards. My XL dog got a $12 bath while my medium dog didn't use the whole 10 minutes. Much cheaper than a groomer and don't need to make an appointment

I use this all the time but when you pay 10 which is how much to wash make sure u start immediately because it will take your 10$ and you will have to repay I have a big dog so I pay 20 anyways so I can dry him off good but it’s 10$ for 10 minutes and I would suggest you bring your own shampoo they have there own and protective coat conditioner but it broke my dog out and I went back to his regular soap and his hair is back perfect . There’s also 2 protective locks before u go in and when u go in there’s a chain u hook your dog on so he won’t jump out and it’s a tub but it comes open so he can jump right out ! It’s amazing smartest thing ever ! It’s not 24 hours though ! That’s a lie I come here all the time opens like 7:30 am everything’s great other wise
