We ended up at Jet Air by accident when the Canadian wildfire smoke prevented us from landing in Appleton on our way to Oshkosh. What started as a frustrating day turned into a great experience. Marypat went above and beyond to help us get our rental car situation sorted out and made sure we were on our way to Oshkosh as quickly as possible. Her hospitality and willingness to help completely turned our day around. The fees at Jet Air were very reasonable, and the customer service was exceptional. We have officially found our new landing destination for future Oshkosh trips. If you’re flying in, stop by and ask for Marypat—you’ll be glad you did!

My copilot and I came to Jet Air Group on a not so dark but still somewhat stormy evening. Linemen braved the drizzle to marshal us in with such precision that it felt like I could park the nose wheel of my aircraft through the eye of a needle. Marypat greeted us with the enthusiasm of the genie from Aladdin and even told us that we’d never have a friend like her as we left. Overall a great experience. We were even able to use the crew car overnight since we didn’t receive a rental car. The crew car even came with a giant plastic #1 attached to the keys so the keys can’t be lost, and trust me I tried losing them. I highly recommend you stop at Jet Air Group. You will not be disappointed. I know I’ll be back soon to visit again.

GREAT FBO. Marypat greeted us on arrival, Very Friendly and efficient. She also helped us with food recomendations that were spot on. The next day Marypat greeted us with a "Welcome back, how was your overnight?" Also working the desk was a nice young lady, Mariah. She put our fuel order in immediately, and the fuel truck was plane side before we could get out the door. The FBO is Clean, The Pilots lounge is quiet and comfortable. The have a flight planning room, snacks and drinks available. This is the FBO prefer in GRB by far. Thank you again to Jet Air Group and especially Marypat
