Johnson City is in Tennessee, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Johnson City follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The student was incredible. The instructor on the other hand was rude and did not let her student even speak a word. I believe her name was Mrs.Clark. She would not let her student express what she thought was right or even attempt to figure out what to do. Mrs.Clark was then attempting to charge me for the product that she thought I would use, not what I did, mind you I hadn’t even started yet. The student was trying to explain something and Mrs. Clark pulled her into the back and yelled saying that she didn’t know anything about what she was talking. Overall great student, horrible instructor.

Ethan did a BETTER job installing my hair extensions, than my hair stylist who said she had been doing installs for 8 years, and i paid a fraction of the price! He took his time, and I could tell he really cares about his work. He also took time to listen to me, and address every concern I had with patience and understanding. I was extremely impressed because he was able to look at what my stylist did and make it better. It was a texhnique he had necer done before, and his instructors had never seen. It was truly impressive. I will be a loyal client even after he graduates. The instructors were also extremely helpful, and SO nice. I honestly cannot wait to go back to get a pedicure and a facial!

I always get my nails done here, and I’ve never had a bad set! I love Jenny Lea, and all of the front desk staff and nail students are amazing. The receptionist, Millie, and the nail student, Kennedy, are especially great—they’re always so positive. It’s a fantastic school with truly skilled students!
