If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. We have been loyal customers for a long time, but after today's experience, I will never trust this business with my dogs again. When I arrived to pick up my two doodles, I watched a staff member begin handing my dogs to another customer. My heart sank. I immediately had to stop them and say, "Those are my dogs." I cannot describe the panic I felt in that moment. As a pet owner, there are few things more terrifying than watching your dogs almost leave with strangers. Their response was simply that it was an "honest mistake." That is not an acceptable explanation when it comes to the safety of someone's pets. This was not a minor inconvenience—it was a serious breakdown in their identification and release process that could have resulted in my dogs being taken by the wrong person. What was even more disturbing was the complete lack of accountability afterward. Rather than acknowledging how serious the incident was, the employee repeatedly insisted that it was someone else's fault, not hers. She kept saying that "the dogs weren't actually given away," as though that somehow made everything acceptable. The only reason they were not g

It’s A Dog’s Life is my dogs’ favorite place! The second we pull into the parking lot, they can hardly wait to get inside and start playing. One of their favorite things about the center is the indoor pool, it’s always a highlight of their day! The entire team is amazing. Jordan, Kristen, Dawn, and Sophia are always so welcoming and greet my dogs by name, which makes me feel like family every time we visit. My dogs also love getting baths from Tyner and spending time playing with Max in the yard. I also have to give a special shoutout to Lori and Aaron. If you’re looking for a groomer in the Johns Creek area, they are truly unmatched! It’s A Dog’s Life is the perfect place for daycare, boarding, swimming, and grooming all under one roof.

Extremely disappointed with this grooming service. My dog looks nothing like what I requested, and the haircut is uneven, sloppy, and poorly finished. For the amount I paid, I expected professional work, but the results were unacceptable. It honestly feels like no care or attention was put into the grooming at all. The price was outrageously high for this level of quality, and I left feeling completely frustrated and upset. I would not recommend this place and definitely will not be returning.

Aaron did an amazing job with grooming! He was professional, detail-oriented, and clearly cares about his work. Everything turned out exactly how I wanted, and the whole experience was smooth and comfortable. Highly recommend him if you’re looking for someone reliable who takes pride in what they do!
