Genuinely this dog wash is the worst one Ive ever used. All of the soaps were out, which i prepared for and brought my own, but what I wasnt prepared for was the atrocious water pressure. The water pressure can no joke be equated to filling up a watering can for plants and gently moisten your dog. Good luck rinsing them. The water alone was enough to get a 1 star review but let's just talk about the state of the building, its genuinely filthy, it literally reeks, the fact that the leash holders are literally hanging on by literal threads

Would be great if it actually got cleaned. We've gone here a few times over the years to bathe our 2 huge dogos but when we went this last Wednesday, it was filthy. We ended up going somewhere else.

I used this car was a couple of years ago and it was horrible. I came back today hoping it would have gotten better. Nope! I was in the second bay from the road. The tire cleaner spit out a little and then just air by the time I got to my second tire. Then I put it on high pressure soap, not much high pressure like last time and absolutely no soap. Would even get little bird poop off. I had to wipe it off. I went around my car a few times and basically rinsed it in the 8 min it gave me. And no soap. I give up. I wish it worked because it right down the street. But never again. 1st time a bust. Second time a bust. Not a 3rd time.

Dog wash smelled terrible. Tried Amex, Visa, and MasterCard cards none of them worked. Tried cash and it kept spitting it back at me. Then I went and got quarters. $4 gets you 8 minutes. That wasn't even close to enough time with the abysmal water pressure. I'd have been better off buying bottled water and dumping it on my dog than paying for this.

I'm not sure if the "spot free rinse" is supposed to be high pressure, but mine didn't. Originally, I started out with $5. Then I used the foam brush, which has plenty of foam. Then I did the high pressure rinse, and then before my time ran out, I tried the spot free rinse. I didn't get around my whole car before time ran out, so I added more money. I added more money, and instead of picking up where I left off on the spot free rinse, I decided to use the selection for "tires." It took a few seconds for the fluorescent green liquid to come out, but after it did, I walked around the car cleaning the tires. Once that was done, I used the high-speed rinse again. When that was done, I started drying my car off before moving it. During this time, the fluorescent green liquid was dripping on my car. There's no reason that fluorescent green liquid should have been dripping on my car.
