I had such a wonderful experience with Julie Strauch! She was incredibly professional while also making the experience feel warm and personal. From start to finish, I felt completely relaxed and well taken care of. The facial was so soothing, and my skin looked refreshed, glowing, and rejuvenated afterward. Julie truly takes the time to make you feel comfortable and gives the experience a personal touch. I highly recommend her and will definitely be back!

First haircut in 6 years today. Wonderful students and instructors here. I got my hair cut by Samantha Craig and she was absolutely incredible. She listened to what I wanted and whenever she didnt know how to make it happen she was guided by the pleasant instructor, Karen. They both made me feel at home and in good hands. Such a jubilant energy when you walk in here.

SO thankful for Shonna! The scalp facial was desperately needed and she did a wonderful job cutting my hair too! I have extra long hair (think upper thigh length), so I'm pretty protective of it. Shonna had so much knowledge about how to take better care of my hair. The haircut she gave me really focused on keeping my length without risking future damage. It's been over two weeks and my hair is still so soft thanks to her! I will be back for more TLC and another scalp facial.

Awesome trim from Savannah Beaver. She tamed my unruly, raggy locks. She was patient, gentle and careful. I'll definitely be back to go shorter. The Academy offers fantastic value for money. Can't recommend it enough. Thanks again for a great experience!

The one star is only because the student and first instructor were doing a fine job on my daughter, but then a 2nd instructor, Danielle, that took over because of a shift change, totally botched up the job and left before my daughter was finished. My daughter said she seemed annoyed and had a terrible attitude and was rushing the student. Danielle was "slapping" color in the back of her head and didn't bother to come back and check or make sure my daughter was happy with the work. My daughter was just devastated! I took several pictures after she got home and was shocked at what i saw. It was all supposed to be blonde. It has brown, orange, blonde, with a lot of gray showing up! The 2 students left to finish up looked shocked as to how the instructor treated my daughter and how it was left. Carrie, the director, would not take phone calls, did not return calls nor answered an email with the pictures attached all day yesterday. My daughter is owed a refund. She has to go somewhere else to get this fixed!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!
