Indy Spotless Auto & Pet Wash

I need a $16 refund, who do I contact? I went in the touchless wash, I had no guidance to stop, back-up for my car to start the wash. Then when I moved up a little half the passenger side door got soap for a few seconds and then nothing. I am hoping I didnt mess my car up because the floor of the car wash had a huge pothole or something. I had to use the self wash to clean off the soap and wash my car. The self wash did a good job.

AWFUL! I spent $16 on the deluxe and left with my car looking the same way. The water pressure for the touchless didnt get any of the bird poop off and the dryers at the end were the weakest ive ever experienced. The base of my car was still had dirt on it. That was honestly a waste of money

I recently visited here and had a disappointing experience that I feel compelled to share. I opted for a quick wash, expecting it to be a concise and efficient. However, I was shocked to find that I was charged much more than anticipated for a wash that lasted barely a minute. I believe it's important to be transparent about their pricing and ensure that customers receive fair treatment.

I paid $7 for approx 10 min. Despite the machine and self service instructions saying that they would be provided, there was nk shampoo or conditioner (or towel mentioned in at least one review). I didn't expect a towel and will know to bring my own shampoo/ conditioner in the future. There is a warm air blow-dry tube available as part of the service. Charges are $5 to get started and $8/10-min, $15/21-min. Seems like the rates are prorated if you don't need the full time. Basically, you swipe your card and then push the so button when you are done and will be charged based on minutes used. Hope this helps someone else be better prepared than I was. P.S. Tell your dog I said "hi". 😁

Very weak water pressure! Over charged by double the price! Insanely nasty smell and super dirty! Water would not drain! Serious maintenance required! Owner replied to comment 3 weeks ago stating he would fix water pressure never did! Go to tractor supply co 10 mins down the road! Only $10 comes with soap, hair dryer, towels and everything!
