🚨 Avoid This Business: Failed Services, Hostile Management, & Unauthorized Charges I am writing this review after giving the business over a week to respond to my email regarding a deeply upsetting experience. They have completely ignored me and chosen to process an unauthorized charge on my card instead. 1. Rushed & Failed Services On Wednesday, August 19th, I brought my 11-year-old Chihuahua in. He was checked out in just 27 minutes. I was charged an extra $25 for a flea bath ($68 total). It is mathematically impossible to do a 10-minute medicated soak, a second bath, treatment, blow-dry, nail trim, and ear cleaning in that window. When I got home, my dog still had live fleas and dirty ears. This is the third consecutive groom with issues; back in June, he was sent home damp, and the time before that his ears were left full of dirty black debris. 2. Hostile & Unprofessional Environment When I returned to address this constructively, the groomer became defensive, refused a partial refund, but told me to bring him back the next day at 1:00 PM so she could personally redo it for free. Shortly after, the business text-messaged me telling me to use a self-serve wash if I wasn't hap

They always take amazing care of my animals. I have gotten my dogs groomed here and recently my cats.

I’ve been talking my dog Rocky here for a few months and I love it! The staff is always extremely kind and patient with my very energetic 2 year old lab. They take great care of Rocky and always send me the cutest pictures. I also love that you can make appointments and pay online, makes the whole experience a whole lot easier.

My wife and I have taken our dogs (GSD and Chihuahua) for YEARS and they’re the best in IB. The team at IB Groomin’ is so accommodating to our pup’s special needs and so nice to us! Of particular note is the resiliency of the business: IB Groomin’ has consistently persevered through a pandemic and other mishaps including a car being accidentally driven into their storefront. This kind of ability to adapt to daunting challenges while retaining the same level of professionalism and work ethic is a testament to their success. I highly recommend IB Groomin’ to anyone looking to make sure their pups are clean, fresh, and most importantly—taken care of.

They did the most beautiful job on my sweet Davey! I just couldn’t get over it. He was soft, smelled amazing and so cute! They were very gentle with him when I came in. They gave him the cutest tweed bow tie too. This is a great place to bring your dog. Very nice and clean facility.
