My 1 year old puppy Astrid had a verry upset stomach so i brought her here and im a first time dog owner. Well first time on my own dog owner so anytime shes not feeling well i start getting nervous. But i went to this 24 hour vet everyone was calm and very nice they treated my dog astrid with some fluids and some shots and a couple un comfortable tests later we got some meds and a eating program for the next few days and its only been about 24 hours since our visit and she looks so much happier and more active tails not tucked and her heads up and back is straight. Thank yall so much to all employees for helping my baby girl Astrid. She still has meds to take and we will finish them all. Any time i need more help yall will be my first stop.

We took our kitten to this facility late one night and I really appreciated the front desk staff on how helpful and compassionate they were. They definitely didn't try to charge me for random unnecessary charges and were very caring and professional with our kitten. There diagnosis and treatment were correct and our kitten was better in the next two days. The prices for the appointment was very competitive as I called around before going. Shout out to front desk staff, Lilliana and the tech, Miranda for being excellent employees and just caring human beings. Thank you!!!

I am extremely disappointed with not only the care my dog received, but also the lack of communication and accountability from I-20 Animal Clinic. At my first appointment, I was told my dog’s paw was simply infected and that there was no foreign object present. After the infection didn’t improve, I returned for a second appointment and was told the exact same thing—that nothing was inside his paw. I paid for another exam and a second round of medication to treat what I was assured was “just an infection.” Three days before his third follow-up appointment, after my dog had been wearing a cone for nearly three weeks, I soaked his paw and felt something beneath the skin. I was able to remove the foreign object myself (pictured), and within four days he was out of his cone and healing normally. Since then, I have contacted the clinic multiple times requesting: • A copy of my dog’s medical records • An explanation of how the foreign object was missed during two separate examinations • A refund for the second appointment, since the underlying issue had not been identified or resolved Unfortunately, I have received none of the above. I used I-20 Animal Medical Center for emergencies and for my dog’s regular care. These people are amazing! They are compassionate, knowledgeable and always answer my hundreds of questions. Dr. K and Aryan are fantastic! You can tell they truly care about my dogs and want to help them live their happiest and healthiest lives. Those two alone make me want to come back to this vet. Dr. K was recommended to me by a family member and I’m so lucky he did! This place is great!

We can’t thank Peyton and Jennifer at I-20 Animal Medical Center enough for the incredible compassion they showed our sweet Bunny. When we couldn’t get her to take her medications, they welcomed us back, administered them at no charge, taught us helpful techniques, and even sent us home with low-fat food samples. The genuine love and patience they showed Bunny during a critical time—and the kindness they extended to our family—meant more than we can express. Knowing Bunny will also be able to board with them while I’m working this weekend gives us tremendous peace of mind. Thank you both for going above and beyond. We are so grateful for the exceptional care you’ve given Bunny.
