Our stay was exceptional from beginning to end. The hotel exceeded our expectations with its outstanding service, cleanliness, comfortable accommodations, and excellent amenities. The staff was welcoming, professional, and always eager to assist, making us feel valued throughout our stay. Our room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully maintained each day by the housekeeping team. The bed was incredibly comfortable, providing a restful night's sleep and making us feel right at home. The breakfast was one of the highlights of our visit. The selection was fresh, delicious, and plentiful, offering a perfect start to each day. A special thank you to Alma, the chef in the kitchen, who made the experience even more memorable. She was exceptionally friendly, greeted guests with a warm smile every morning, and took great pride in preparing an outstanding breakfast. The rooms are clean and the bed is comfortable. Breakfast is one of the better hotel breakfasts I've ever had. I really appreciate the fresh fruit, and cheese & salsa for the eggs. The downside of this hotel is the in room refrigerators are tiny with no freezer section. Also there are no microwaves in the rooms and the community microwave in the lobby isn't cleaned very often.

The staff was kind and professional. The hotel itself wasn’t as clean as I would expect. Assuming there wasn’t enough staff to support during the staff the dining tables weren’t wiped down in between guest coming and going. The trash was filled to the brim, the utensils had spilled milk. And although I did come to the breakfast service in the last hour, the food was cold as if the warmers were turned off well before. My room was very outdated and could use a renovation, it just had that old breaking down feel to it. It was hard to be comfortable. The bathroom was clean. The bed was comfortable. So all things considered it wasn’t a horrible stay. I think they just needed more staff to support cleaning efforts in the common areas.
