About Hustle Pups NYC

We are a North Brooklyn based boutique service providing dog and puppy training training, board and train intensives and dog walking. Founded by Kelly Corson, Hustle Pups NYC is an extension of her lifelong love of dogs and other animals. We are licensed by NY state, insured, bonded and cpr certified.

In Brooklyn, look for trainers who use reward-based methods and hold a certification such as CPDT-KA, and ask what a course includes and how many dogs are in a class. Many groomers suggest getting puppies used to brushing, nail trims and having their paws handled early. Dog parks across New York usually require current vaccinations and a license tag, and some need a membership or key fob. Check the listing for hours, address and Google rating.

Hours are published for 7 days a week. Typical hours are 8 am–12 pm. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. Brooklyn is in New York, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. Traffic in Brooklyn peaks on weekday mornings and afternoons, so allow extra time then. Addresses read from the street number up to the city, state abbreviation and five-digit ZIP code; the map link on this page shows the exact spot.

My experience boarding my dog at Hustle Pups has been so positive. I look forward to getting daily multiple pics of my dog having the time of her life there. I have absolutely no guilt dropping off my dog to board there. I have guilt picking her up after seeing how happy she is there. They are the best!

I have been doing the owners Kelly’s hair for about about 7-8 years . I recently took over the care of a beautiful German Shepherd named Honey. Unfortunately she was abused by her previous owner and I struggled with Honeys reactive behavior which made it impossible to take honey around other people or dogs. My wish was to have Honey as a daily partner in crime and have a life together where she can join me on walks in the park or a quick drive to pick up something without have to manage and the threat factor of having a reactive dog. Thank god for Kelly! With her training and advice. Honey became transformed!! I am now able to take her with me on daily activities and park walks with little to no issues, with only gentle commands to refocus Honey. It’s incredible the way Kelly has impacted Honey’s and I life. Thank you Hustle Pups NYC from the bottom of our hearts!

We've been taking our dog Harley to Hustle Pups for a few years sporadically for daycare and boarding and could not be happier with how they work with our anxiety and introverted dog. After every session he's more confident and patient around other dogs, they safely play dogs in a way I haven't experienced with other daycares. We originally found them as a boarding option that specifically doesn't have all the dogs sleep in one room and a daycare that ensures breaks all within crates, it was surprisingly hard to find! Their dedication to training and dog psychology is very apparent, even to us who used training elsewhere when we first got our dog (rip school for the dogs). I consistently recommend them to people in the area. Our nervous Nellie dog spent the first few sessions being afraid of walking down the street but by the third he confidently sped walked to the door from nearly two blocks away (which he does everytime now)! Highly recommended!

I've been bringing Stevie here for the past few years since I moved to the neighborhood and it has been the best experience! Stevie is always well taken care of for daycare and boarding and I trust Kelly and the Hustle Pups team implicitly. After having some bad dog daycare experiences where the dogs play in a large yard all day – the structured schedule they follow works great for Stevie and she seems to be much more calm and confident in their care (+ I am much more calm and confident knowing she’s in good hands). You can tell they all really care about the dogs. I'd highly recommend Hustle Pups to anyone!!

We are so happy to of been introduced to Kelly and her incredible team at Hustle Pups, our dog Benji has had quite a few boarding and daycare days with them now and each time he comes back he is rested, happy and gaining confidence. We know we can leave town with ease knowing our dog is truly loved, cared for and safe. Thank you for loving all the pups as much as you do guys !! And especially for dealing with Benji's loud barks :P
