I would never leave my dogs at this facility. We walked in and there were boxes, bags, lumber spread all over, even a mattress in the lobby. We asked to tour the facility and were told No multiple times. They take a lunch break from 12-2 on Sat and 12-3 on Sundays. When we asked where the dogs were kept during this time they said crates or condos(for additional purchase) we asked to see those areas and were told no again, they are out behind the facility where we can’t access. We then asked to tour the play area where we thought our dogs would be playing from 10-4 to only find out they would only be in the play area for 2 hours due to their lunch breaks. We again were told no and once we insisted Jeremy said wait a minute went to the play area closed the door and came and got us minutes later. We walked backed there in between bags, trash and lumber and it smelled awful and at least 30 dogs packed in a small play area! We immediately left!AVOID!

We just moved to the area and Hugo & Friends has been nothing short of amazing. I love how I can drop my dog off early in the morning on the way to work. Their pricing is also very affordable and it’s even cheaper to send my dog here for 8+ hours than a 30 minute dog walk with a sitter. I know my dog is in excellent hands when I drop him off and pick him up . If you’re thinking of sending your pet here for daycare // boarding and reading the reviews first, do it, you won’t regret it.

Been going here for several months now and they are THE BEST!! My 1 year old pup absolutely loves this place. I always feel confident that he is getting lots of play time and care. When I pick my pup up, he is always so happy and also gets the best sleep because he had so much fun at Hugo and Friends. We have done short and long trips and never consider anywhere but here for boarding!

This review is a little late but Jeremy and team were able to fit my three dogs in on VERY short notice (like, a few minutes notice) after our boarding plans fell through. The facility was secure and affordable. Super appreciative of the team for fitting us in. We have found our new go-to boarders!

My furbabies love The Bark Park! Jeremy and his amazing team go above and beyond to make every visit special. Adonis and Ramsey are always so excited to be part of the Bark Park family, and I can see how much they enjoy their time there. I especially love it when they come home completely exhausted from a fun day of play— for me it’s the best sign that they’ve had a great time! Whether it's daycare or grooming, I know my fur "sons" are in the best hands. I highly recommend The Bark Park and wouldn’t trust anyone else to care for them. Thank you, Jeremy and team, for all that you do!
