Where to begin...... I called in advance to get a qoute for a wash and brush for a Great Pyrenees. The lady that answered the phone was Deborah. She was very sweet, cordial, and professional. She new the breed, and said that a guess-tamite would be $120.00 I had agreed and booked an appointment. When the day came, I arrived as directed. Upon my arrival I noticed a large urine stain on the sidewalk to the left of the front door. As with all dogs, they have to mark a scent with their own...lol Well, my dog went to attempt it. He began to pee in that spot. When I noticed that he was attempting to pee I was going to pull back on the leash.....Not so much as half a second goes by and a woman (later indentified as Sheila) opens up the front door and begins to bark at me that there is grass on the other side of the building, and to not let him pee there. She did so in a manner that was honestly rude and VERY unprofessional. I took the dog to the side of building and let him sniff around a bit. After he was finished, we then entered the location. Upon entry we were greeted with a warm hello, and big smile from a different woman that was behind the counter. She was VERY ple

Attempted to take my fur buddy for a grooming and heard what sounded like someone beating a dog in the back. They kept yelling loudly and the dog was yelping and left quickly bepre anyone came to the counter. Please dont take your pets here.

Paid $80 for nail trip and groom on My Aussie and they shaved him bald! Smelled like he hadn't had a shower yet either. Very disappointed and will not recommend.

TL:DR, They don't allow dogs with fleas & tick, or the shampoo for it. That makes no sense to me because that's literally why I take them to get baths, 99% of the time. Also, watch that front door. It closed on my dog's tail without me seeing it. I wanna leave this review as a warning to anyone looking to give their dog a basic bath with flea & tick shampoo. DO NOT GO THERE! The gal who greeted us said that dogs with fleas aren't allowed. She said it was like sending a kid to school with head lice. She'd be right if kids got head lice naturally over time, or walked around on 4 legs. From my perspective, this feels more like a car wash not letting people in because there cars are too dirty. Maybe if it was full of manure or something like that, but I digress. If you just wanna take your dog to get a basic bath and get rid of fleas & ticks, go somewhere else.
