We boarded are almost 19 year old Yorki Poo here and they treated our "little old man dog" the BEST. Even though he was blind and hard of hearing, they made sure his environment was safe. Even a trip to the vet's office on their watch (age related) was given time and very sweet precious care by their manager, Jessica. We highly recomment Hounds Town Sunnyvale and will take all our animals there in the future.

The absolute best!!!! 10/10!!! The level of excitement my boy has on his way to “hang with his pup friends” is the sweetest thing !!! Amazingly clean facility. And to top it off, the staff are all so amazing and so personable, treating each pup like their own! My boy and our family LOVE houndstown!

The entire experience was positive and amazing. We have a very temperamental dachshund that freaks out when it’s toenail trimming time, like I’m afraid she’s going to hurt herself because she’s contorting her body so much and screaming whining! It’s too traumatic for her and I was considering going to the vet and spending the money to have them give her a tranquilizer. But I happened to drive by Hounds Town and decided to call them to explain the situation. The sweet girl on the phone assured me their groomer was patient and could try to work with our dachshund. She said it might take up to an hour and the groomer would attempt to trim her nails as much as our baby would allow. Just 40 minutes later I received a text they were done! It was amazing. Her nails are short again and she wasn’t traumatized. I HIGHLY recommend them for even the most anxious, temperamental, & socially sensitive dogs! We will definitely be back every 4-6 weeks. Thank you for treating our sweet baby with kindness and patience!!

Our big boy Zeus has a blast anytime he goes to Hounds Town! ❤️ Holly and her staff make sure to go above and beyond when it comes to all the fur babies they keep safe. We've had zero negative experiences and they even have themed "pawties" for the doggos (see my first pic from St. Patrick's Day). 🍀 This place cares about it's customers, but most importantly you can tell they care about all of the fur friends that come through their doors! Thank you Hounds Town for being fair, honest, and the best! Zeus says hi! 👋

I'm in love with Hounds Town! The staff are so kind and sweet. Its so comforting to know that we are boarding our pet with a loving and capable staff. 💕 Their facility is very clean . They have a well thought out plan for our pets stay that is tailored to his individual needs. They evaluate all pets before boarding so they know what their needs are.
