Mocha baby had a wonderful time boarding at Houndstown 🤩 from the minute you walk in to the moment you leave with you pup, you truly know that your Furbaby is well taken care of. She is all tuckered out from the long weekend playing with all her new friends. Thank you so much ❤️

My pups have always loved their daycare and boarding here. The staff are all helpful and friendly and clearly care about the dogs who come here.

They are wonderful. The staff is friendly, kind, creative and attentive to all their fluffy guests. My puppy felt right at home in his luxury suite. I felt secure and confident that he would be taken care of while I was away on business. He’s so excited to join all the fun they create and exhausted when he leaves. You can even get a bath for them before they check out to come home. I love this place. He was exhausted from all of the fun he had

We took our dog to Hounds Town for an evaluation, and that experience went well. The staff member who helped us was very kind, and our dog stayed for 4 hours with no reported issues. One thing that initially felt unusual was that they don’t allow tours of the facility, which made us a little uneasy when leaving our dog there for the first time. However, after his first full daycare day, we decided it wasn’t the right fit for us. Drop-off was smooth, but at pick-up our dog smelled overwhelmingly of urine — unlike anything we’ve ever experienced with him before. It honestly seemed like dogs were just peeing throughout the facility all day. He also appeared very distressed, shaking and crying, and immediately ran outside to empty his bladder. We were especially concerned because consistently holding urine for long periods can contribute to bladder or urinary issues in dogs. What also disappointed us was the lack of communication at pick-up. When we asked how he did, we were simply told “fine” before the staff member walked away. We understand daycare environments can be busy, but overall the experience left us uncomfortable and we won’t be returning.

I give this doggy daycare 5 stars! They have been amazing with helping care for my puppy (Tucker) and making sure they are always safe, happy, and well taken care of. The staff is friendly, attentive, and truly cares about the dogs like they are their own. I always feel comfortable leaving my puppy here knowing they are in great hands. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring daycare for their dog! They always do an amazing job cleaning and grooming my dog. My pup comes back looking great, smelling fresh, and clearly well cared for.
