Mary has been a pleasure to work with from a professional standpoint. She is responsive, courteous, and genuinely cares about operating her business well. In my interactions with her, she has consistently demonstrated professionalism, integrity, and a willingness to address concerns promptly. It’s refreshing to work with someone who values communication and takes pride in maintaining a positive reputation. Based on my professional experience with Mary, I would not hesitate to recommend her.

My fur babies absolutely LOVE HoundsTown! Levi and Zane are well taken care of. The staff is wonderful, the facility is clean, and the prices are great. They most certainly make you feel like family.

My little corgi Whiskey has been going here for months now. He absolutely loves it and is excited to go. He has also been boarded and had to board him unexpectedly for two weeks and he did absolutely amazing and was still so happy and content. The staff loves on him and treat him so well.

Staff cares greatly about the safety and comfort of Your dog. They are super friendly and eager to answer qurstions. It Is obvious that they like dogs. They are NOT just a commodity to them.

I just started taking my boxer here. The place is brand new. The staff is friendly and helpful. The facilities appear to be clean and well kept. They offer a full range of services that you'd expect. The fact that it is an indoor facility is AMAZING!! My boxer can't take the summer heat in the south, so being able to play in daycare and I dont have to worry about her overheating is awesome.
