Hounds Lounge Pet Resort and Spa - West Little Rock

My baby stayed there for 2 weeks. The staff was amazing with him. Even though some things arose with his health, they loved on him, tended to him, cared for him, and updated me every step until I was able to pick him up. I live in Ohio, and this was my first experience with this type of boarding place. My dog has boarded many many times, but not at a daycare boarding place. The staff was able to help ease my mind and not worry about my boy because they showed me I could trust them and that they truly cared. Even though my boy’s experience wasn’t what it could have been due to his health; the staff made his experience still a good one as well as mine. I’ll most definitely be using Hounds Lounge in West Little Rock again when in town again. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! Blessings!

EDIT: The operations manager, Elizabeth, reached out to me about this review and my experience overall. 10 stars to Elizabeth! She heard me out on all my concerns and took care of me and my baby as well. I fully appreciate the help and communication engagement with me. I did notice an email blast they sent out as well for pet parents to know and recognize the signs of any upper respiratory illness, get your fur babies checked! Thank you so much again. I am honestly disappointed to be writing this. My dog has gone here her entire life (about 4 years). I boarded her in August 2025. About 2 weeks after I picked her up, she came down with a fairly mild case of kennel cough but still kennel cough. I boarded her again in May 2026. I received a phone call from them at 12 pm on Sunday after about 10 days of boarding. I was scheduled to pick her up at 2 pm Sunday. I answered the phone and they stated they had noticed her coughing during playtime that morning. They said they're not concerned since it is the first day they have noticed coughing. I stated thats very concerning because she was fine when I dropped her off. They offered to give Benadryl and monitor until I pick her up. I agreed

This is a wonderful home for your pup for daycare and boarding overnight! I have been taking my dog there for around 8 years. Ruby was blind , had diabetes , and needed 2 insulin shots a day. i never worried for a second when she was there! Love all the people at Hounds Lounge❤️

My golden retriever is very picky about day care and she LOVED Hounds Lounge WLR! I appreciate the report card as well. Very friendly and capable staff and HL is a one stop shop for your furry friend's needs! Highly recommend!

They were so welcoming to my puppy! This was his first boarding experience and they treated him like royalty. I love the pup cup options and his picture was on Facebook that same day so I could follow along. Definitely would recommend.
