About Hott Dogs

Located at 3601 NC-73 East, Concord, NC 28025, Hott Dogs operates as a pet groomer serving Concord in North Carolina. This page gathers the practical details people usually look for before visiting: where it is, how to reach it, when it opens and how customers rate it.

In Concord, price depends on breed, size, coat condition and temperament: small short-coated dogs cost least, while doodles, poodles and double-coated breeds take longer and cost more, and matting adds a dematting fee. Ask whether the groomer is certified, how dogs are dried (cage dryers versus hand drying), whether rabies vaccination proof is required in North Carolina, and how long your pet will stay. Most dogs need a groom every four to eight weeks. Saturdays and the weeks before holidays book up first, so schedule ahead and check the listing for hours, phone number and Google rating.

The business lists hours on 6 days of the week. On most of those days it is open 9 am–5 pm. Note that it does not open on Sunday. As with most places, expect changes around holidays; the phone number below is the fastest way to confirm. The listed phone number is (704) 786-7387. Many businesses also reply to text messages on the same number if it is a cell phone.

Concord is in North Carolina, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Concord follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

My fur baby has been getting groomed at Hott Dogs for 10 yrs. In the beginning he had a severe anxiety problem & they were absolutely wonderful & worked with him to find what worked best! I highly recommend them!! Janet & April care about the dogs & do a great job!!

After moving from FL, where I had the same grooming place for 10 years, I've been having a hard time finding someone to groom my senior shih tzu with arthritis in his spine. Last couple of places he came out painful and unhappy. After speaking with the Owner on the phone I felt comfortable bringing him to Hott Dogs. She spoke to me in depth when dropping him off and explained her process. She obviously cares greatly about her charges and it was apparent when I picked him up. He was bouncy and very happy! She took her time and made sure he was not uncomfortable and unnecessarily stressed. And his cut is adorable! Have already booked his next appointment and am so relieved to have found someone I trust. Highly recommend!!

Good groomers. Spent a lot of time with me at the beginning looking over our dog and making sure they knew exactly what we wanted done and how we wanted him to look in the end. Very good attention to detail. Our dog looked great in the end and we had no complaints.

Took our miniature aussiedoodle in to be groomed for the first time after leaving a previous groomer that we were dissatisfied with. They really took their time to get to know me and our dog as well as did a wonderful job of shaping her long-matted well overdue for a groom fur. They were also very polite and they have competitive prices. 10/6/21 still a very satisfied customer! Thank you ladies for always doing a beautiful job on Dixie ❣️

Hotdogs is a little place tucked away on Hwy 73. The people are wonderful with all my animals. I've had calm dogs, wild dogs, and dogs with little patience. Still they treat them as they would their own animals from home. My animals come out looking beautiful and always with a smile. This is a great place to have your animals groomed with a big bunch of spoiling on the side! I dont go anywhere else!
