Amazing Experience I had such a great experience with Honor Thy Pet Service! They were professional, caring, respectful, and treated my pet like their own. You can truly tell that they care about the animals they work with, and that gave me so much peace of mind. I really appreciate the time and effort they put into everything and would definitely recommend Honor Thy Pet Service to anyone looking for someone they can trust with their pets! ❤️🐾

10/10 I recommend. After frantically searching Google since burying wasn’t an available option. I was , understandably , a wreck. They were so gentle with me on the phone. Helped me through it all with such empathy & patience. Didn’t rush me at all. Not even when the gentlemen came to pick him up. Really led the way to me saying my final goodbyes & making these final decisions. Step by step. Careful wording. Truly the BEST on one of the absolute WORST days of my life. I was so scared to have a stranger care for my son. I know they can’t hurt him or anything. Idk. Hard to explain that. But if you know… you know. They never showed me any reason not to trust them. Throughout the entire process. I am beyond thankful & grateful for those men. Especially since I sure don’t have a dad to call. Both the one that answered & the one that came to my home. You have no idea how comforting you were for me. I couldn’t have asked for more for a fur baby. & also the sweet girl at the desk when I went to pick up what remains of my son 🐾. Edit: i havent even received my partial refund and yes leaving a review is for the client to share their experience. It hasnt even been a week since I lost my cat. What a horribly uncompassionate response from you all. You should be ashamed of yourselves trying to make me feel bad for sharing my experience. I was only granted the partial refund of $80 after saying I wouldnt accept the $20 difference between my original choice and the new one and I almost just took my cats remains home bare because this ordeal has stressed me out so much. Search in your heart to do the right thing and take responsibility for what happened and not make me feel bad for your mistakes. Sorry my grieving doesnt look how you think it should. If this business would like to make any other response to me you have my number and email. The gentleman we dealt with for intake was very impersonable and the whole interaction felt extremely transactional with zero compassion. I don't want to be ask how I am at my pets cremation not even an hour after I lost him. Second, the urn we chose and paid extra for was not only not available, its discontinued! The staff was compassionate and kind during an extremely emotional time. They were convenient due to the passing after hours and willing to meet me to take my dog. 3-star rating due prices and extras compared to others in the area. They were 32% more expensive and gave less memorials. They did offer them but at a cost where the place i had my other dog cremation done 2 months earlier they were included in the price. They did not even put a name plate on his box which costs extra.

We could not say enough positive things about Honor Thy Pet. For as bad as a situation as it was losing the best dog a family could ask for, they made the whole process smooth and were so sincere. They made my wife the most beautiful pendant necklace, the urn (the dog house) is perfect, just ready for our favorite photo of him. They even threw in a few miscellaneous items. The night we had to drop our beloved Rebel off, Justin made it so smooth, allowed us to take our time and couldn’t of made us feel more comfortable, as hard as it was to leave our baby. To everyone at HTP, THANK YOU with our whole hearts.

Honor thy Pet provided me with comfort and compassion during this difficult time. From the sweet, soft spoken young man who came to my home to pick up my beloved Gracie to the sweet young lady at the Olive St office where I picked up her urn, pawprint and certificate, even gave me a felt heart with flower seeds for her memory garden. Would recommend them.

We have used Honor Thy Pets four times. They are the most caring people during your time of loss and heart break. Our largest Great Dane Rufus just crossed the 🌈 bridge at 250 lbs. Our sweet Maltese, Samson, passed away on a Saturday night. I called “Honor Thy Pet” on Sunday morning and they came out within two hours and claimed his remains in a very respectful and professional manner. They took a lock of his hair and a cement print of his paw and two weeks later the cremains were delivered to my vets office. We were very pleased with how everything came out!
