We’ve used this kennel for years, and I can’t say enough good things about the people here. They genuinely care about the animals they look after. When our dachshund Daisy started having seizures and wasn’t responsive, they immediately called in the staff member she loved most. She came in on her day off and sat with Daisy, holding and comforting her until we could get there. Daisy went into sudden kidney failure and we had to say goodbye the next day. They even called afterward to check on her and on us. That level of compassion meant more than I can put into words. Our other dog, Moose, is… a handful. He once jumped the fence during a stay. They called immediately to let us know, even though he had already been found safe, and moved him to a covered kennel. They were completely transparent about it and even joked about his impressive jumping skills. They know Moose by name, and whenever I call they know exactly who I’m talking about. He screams like he’s being personally victimized when anyone tries to trim his nails, but they patiently work on them little by little during his stays. I moved out of Lubbock two years ago, and they just called me, because they noticed that a dog on a lost and found page looked like my dog. If that doesn't show you that they care about your dogs, I don't know what could.

Wonderful experience! My dog was happy and content with Trish. She’s an excellent dog handler who thinks of every little thing your dog might need while at the resort. They even offer pickup and drop off services!

The staff is friendly and always take such great care of my dogs. They’re always my first call when I need to board my pups. Prices are great and I love the complimentary bath before they come home.

Beware!! I took my dogs here and was told to bring my dogs bed, food, toys, or anything else they needed. I got there at the date and time I informed them I would be there. When I got there the staff was completely unprepared. I gave them instructions for one of my dogs who was on antibiotics and gave them feeding instructions for all of them. The staff took my instructions down and assured me they would follow it. After five nights I came to pick them up. I called them about two hours before I got into town that I was coming for them. The lady on the phone said that they were running behind on getting my dogs washed. I assumed they did dog baths as a way to say thanks for choosing us for your dog boarding. But when I got there the lady at the desk was speaking to me very fast that I couldn’t understand her. I got two of my dogs and placed them in my car. They smelled to high heaven of urine and filth. I was given their dog beds which smelled like a urinal that hadn’t been cleaned for several weeks. My next two dogs they gave me back were relieved to see me and could not wait to get in the car. They too, smelled horrible. As I was getting their dog food, the lady at the desk said
