Wonderful staff, always clean. I enjoy buying new toys I buy Worlds Best litter and I agree it is the Worlds best litter, there is no smell and if cleaned daily lasts. There are no toxic clumping or chemicals. I also buy Hills science diet light adult. My cat is particular and only prefers this particular brand. Healthy food for a healthy cat.

From the front door, my pup and I were greeted with excellent customer service. Every staff member that we passed in the store was helpful and friendly. We were there to give our puppy a bath, the area/room was super clean. Staff provided thorough instructions and the cost was super reasonable. We will be returning soon.❤️

Amazing experience! Both employees were so helpful and told us no rush even though it was so close to the store closing. They helped us find everything we needed, answered any questions we had, and saved us money with coupons from the new puppy folder! The store itself was amazing. Was so open feeling, not claustrophobic at all. We will definitely be making the Olive Branch location our go to.

The worst haircut my shitzu has ever gotten in his 7 yrs of going to the groomer. It was our first time going to the Olive Branch store. His whiskers were cut off. I’ve never seen a shitzu’s hair cut where the hair under the chin is cut completely down. A big gap in his right ear, which are supposed to be one length. His hair will have to grow for 6 months to be able to straighten this up. Very disappointed in the results.

Brianna Murphy is absolutely amazing! We take our dog, Leo, to her at Hollywood Feed about once a month, and I cannot recommend her enough. For only $50, she does such a thorough job. She bathes him, trims his nails, cleans his ears, and always sends him home looking and smelling fantastic. Leo is a big dog, and Brianna is so sweet and patient with him. It’s obvious that she genuinely loves animals and treats them like they’re her own. One thing I really appreciate is how accommodating she is. She’s often able to fit us in on short notice, and she’s always quick while still doing an excellent job. Leo absolutely loves going to see her, which says a lot! My favorite part of Brianna’s grooming services is the surprise accessory she sends Leo home with every time. Whether it’s a bandana, bow tie, or another cute little accessory, it’s always something different. One of mine and Jamie’s favorite things is picking Leo up and seeing what fun surprise he’s wearing this time. It’s such a thoughtful touch and always makes us smile. If you’re looking for a groomer who is kind, reliable, affordable, and truly cares about your pet, Brianna is the best. We love her and wouldn’t trust Leo wi
