Abby helped yesterday; she is lovely, patient, and knowledgeable. She was amazing. She patiently and professionally walked me through many different options for feeding my three dogs. She was so knowledgeable and kind, she guided my choice with no pressure, explained the return policy of my dogs didn’t like the food (they love it!) and was perfect. Any made this easy and she even carried my giant bag of food out to my car! Wonderful experience.

The reps are very knowledgeable and helpful. They will also take back any opened food that your pet doesn't like. That's a real plus if you're trying something new. A great find 💖

Going to HF is always an enjoyable experience. The staff are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. I trust their opinion and guidance as I know they have my cat’s best interest in mind. While ordering food online is easier nothing beats the in person experience of great service.
