HM Warm Spa

I came here for a massage about two years ago and it was amazing. Since then, I’ve tried several massage places around Pasadena and the SGV, but none compared. I finally came back to HM Warm Spa today and was reminded exactly why — they’re the best. I’ll only be coming here from now on. My masseuse was Candy, and my mom had Denise — both 10/10. Thank you to Amy up front for making the whole experience great too!

They are super flexible! I only need to call one hour in advance to schedule. It’s really good value and you can choose how hard it goes. I told Lisa that my back hurts from sitting in front of the computer all day and she spent a lot of time and effort on my back!

Got a couples massage here with my wife. $95 / each for 1.5 hours. Amazing price! We requested light/ medium pressure and the massage incorporated elements of thai massage with a more relaxing and enjoyable swedish massage experience that included essentials oils and hot stones + hot towels. The massage therapists were very kind and provided a relaxing and enjoyable massage experience all around. They were also cautious to check in throughout to make sure we were comfortable. The couples massage room upstairs was clean, quiet, and had a shower for rinsing. Please note this is cash/ venmo/ zelle only business. Even if you pay by app, definitely bring cash for tipping your massage therapists! The owner/ manager Amy is on point with keeping appointments starting timely. She greeted us and showed us to our room as soon as we walked in. Street parking on Green was plentiful on a Sunday late morning when we arrived.

I had such a wonderful experience here. The owner was incredibly sweet, welcoming, and professional. She truly made us feel comfortable and cared for from the moment we walked in. My husband and I both received massages, and the women who worked with us were absolutely amazing — skilled, kind, and attentive to our needs. The whole experience was relaxing and enjoyable, and you can tell they genuinely care about their clients. We left feeling refreshed and grateful. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be coming back!

Good, clean massage. Professional. Our masseuses had strong hands. I requested a single room with my partner. Amy was very accommodating, asking whether we had a preference for masseuse gender before scheduling. Our masseuses, Mia and Kris (hopefully I’m spelling that right), asked whether we wanted soft, medium, or hard. I chose hard. It was — she went straight for the knots, too. I feel much looser! My partner chose medium. He said it was good and they really get in there with the elbows. Probably my top massage place. Good massage at good prices. FYI our room had a shower to rinse if needed. We didn’t need it, but it’s nice to have. The vibe was very peaceful and quiet. Also: they do take cash.
