We have completed the 3 wk on-leash board & train program with our giant breed puppy (Irish wolfhound). I cannot say enough positive things about Corey, Shea & the rest of the team. They are very professional and the facility is clean and well kept. We just dropped off our puppy again for the 3 week off-leash board & train - he was so excited to see the team and be back on site! Knowing he enjoys being there gives us a lot of peace. This has been a wonderful investment for our family as a whole, and we are thrilled to see the progress our puppy will continue to make.

I truly cannot say enough about Highland Canine Training, and more importantly, Wyatt. We enrolled our GSP, Malli, in the 3-week Basic Board & Train program, and the results have been nothing short of incredible. Malli pulled extremely hard on the leash, and despite trying countless methods to correct it, nothing seemed to work. My husband and I finally decided to pursue professional training, and we couldn’t be more grateful that we chose Highland Canine. The difference is remarkable. We can now walk Malli on a leash without any pulling, and she continues to follow her commands exceptionally well after transitioning back home. Throughout the entire three weeks, Wyatt provided consistent communication and kept us updated with numerous pictures and videos, which gave us great peace of mind. If you’re considering training for your dog, we highly recommend Highland Canine Training. The experience exceeded our expectations, and we couldn’t be happier with the results!

We had an amazing experience with this board and train program! They came highly recommended by our vet, and now I completely understand why. From the very beginning, the trainers were incredibly patient, kind, and genuinely cared about both us and our dog Gus. Throughout the program, they kept us updated regularly, which gave us so much peace of mind. We always felt like our dog was in the best hands. What really stood out to me was their support even after the training was complete. I had a lot of questions (probably more than most 😅), and they were always so responsive, helpful, and never made me feel like a bother. That level of continued care and dedication is rare and meant so much to us. I truly can’t recommend them enough. If you’re considering a board and train program, this is the team you want!

Highland Canine Training helped me with a difficult situation that saved my service dog, a coonhound. She started going into prey mode and would not recall. She would run for miles. Worried that we may lose her, I called Highland. After talking with the trainer, we set up an evaluation, then a training program. The trainer was great to work with, responsive and good with dogs. With his guidance, we were able to get our hound to recall again and control the prey drive. Five stars! Highly recommend!

Our sweet Rusty LOVED his time at Highland Training! It’s so nice to be able to rely on proper training, something we’ve never had until now. The 6 week board and train program has been very well worth the money: our buddy walks on and off leash right beside us, we can take him to the ballpark and we don’t have to worry about him getting overly excited, we stays in “place” so well for when we have visitors over, and so much more! Our trainer, Imelya, was super communicative and kept us updated every week on Rusty’s progress. Even though the training doesn’t stop when they get home (we practice with him just about every day to make sure we’re doing our part), the foundations they’re able to build while your pup is there is is essential! 10/10 will come here again if we have another pup! Thanks for everything, Highland Canine Training!
