What a great company! Chris was very professional and showed great compassion for our dog. He showed us how to train him- he was prompt, courteous and excellent to work with. I highly recommend him.

Wonderful people. Responsive both through email and phone. In person consultation was thorough and the trainer Chris was very thoughtful with our dogs and their needs. As for the end result, it went just as Chris said it would. The cost was better than expected. Also the ongoing training is available but even with a stubborn pup, they catch on quick with this.

Couldnt be happier with our hidden pet fence of NY. Chris is very professional and shares a lot of knowledge of dog behavior and fence protocols. Installation was quick and straightforward and the difference it’s made for our dogs and our peace of mind has been incredible. Our yard looks natural without any invisible fencing, and our dogs have clear boundaries and stays safely within our property. Training process has been extremely easy and done within a short period of time for our dogs to understand exactly where they can and cannot go. We love that they have the freedom to run and play while also staying safe.

Chris was wonderful! We had some trees removed and they cut our dog fence line. Chris was very helpful, explaining what needed to be done and when the work was done, he took the time to show me what he did then tested the collar. Couldn’t ask for better service!!

Chris came out in the freezing cold and was able to repair a break in our fence line. He was super courteous, on time (called ahead to let me know he was on the way), and didn't mind having the dogs out on the yard while he worked. Thank you for fixing our fence Chris!
