Hello Clean Carpet Cleaning

This was my first time ever having my carpets in my home professionally cleaned. I had looked into it a little bit and was nervous for the prices as most companies I had looked into were giving me quotes nearing $1000 dollars and that is just not doable for my family. I saw an ad for this company on social media and I reached out to get a quote. I was astonished at the affordability! I booked right away and they were very good at answering all of my questions in a timely fashion. Our carpet cleaner was James and he was very kind and understanding. Made us feel comfortable and interacted with us making it feel like old friends. He was also very kind with my kids and that's always a plus. He did a great job for having a family of 4 in the house at the time, especially them being 2 and 4. He even offered an alternative cleaning agent upon learning one of my kids has allergies. He was patient and efficient and we are super happy with the results. Highly recommend for amazing quality that is budget friendly.

This review is my personal opinion, and I have not be incentivized to write it. My couch is cream color, and I had it for about 2.5 years before doing any professional cleaning. There was a bad accident of a large quantity of chocolate milk. I tried cleaning as much as I could with my stain remover machine, but decided to pay for a professional cleaning since the whole couch wasn't looking good anyway. If I knew how affordable it would be, I would have paid for maintenance cleaning since I bought the couch. Most websites are tricky to get you a proper quote, or it takes a lot of measurement to get to an accurate quote. With Hello Clean, I texted a picture of the couch, and got a quote right away. Since my couch is light colored, I will be implementing professional cleaning every six months (12 months is the average for most couches). And I will, without a doubt, scheduled again with this company. They even sent me a follow up message the next day to ask if any of the stains had returned. The technician was also friendly and efficient.

Great service! They showed up ahead of schedule and were polite and professional throughout the entire service! From set-up to finish was about 2hrs and 15mins and that was 3 bedrooms, hallway and stairs, and the living room. I did clear everything out of the way so they could get right to work, I’m sure that helped with time. They were very knowledgeable and provided great feedback on how to keep the carpets looking good! If you need your carpets cleaned fast and looking like they are brand new, give them a call! They even got me done a week after calling, would have been 2 days after calling but I had a family emergency come up!

Johnny and his team (James especially) provided outstanding service. They did an excellent job cleaning our carpets, which had significant dog hair and some deeply set stains. What stood out most was their attention to detail and commitment to quality—they followed up after the cleaning dried to ensure the stains were fully removed, and promptly returned to address any areas that needed additional work. Their dedication to customer satisfaction and professionalism truly sets them apart. Highly recommended.

James was exceptional going above and beyond. He was prompt, he listened to my concerns with the carpet, handled my home with care which speaks volumes. As a fur baby owner I did not know what to expect with the carpet but this came out amazing. Like new and I’m beyond satisfied with the results.
