Clean, courteous and welcoming. My dog opened up to the friendly staff right away. His doctor and nurse were very helpful and answered all my questions and communicated their concerns and care plan for him.

I love Heart and Paw! Dr Laura was very kind and patient, she took the time to answer all of my questions. The facilities at East Market are gorgeous and the waiting area is very comfortable. They are so attentive and very understanding of my cat, who tends to get stressed out during vet visits. Their online portal is also very straightforward and helpful. I definitely recommend Heart and Paw to any pet owner :)

This review is long overdue, but Heart + Paw helped me during a last-minute move to a different country 1.5 years ago (10yo cat). Every single staff member was so warm and helpful. I was in a bit of a time crunch but from the rabies vaccine to titer exam and certificates, everything was done professionally and expeditiously. From experience and research, I was worried about the costs but the pricing for everything was actually pretty fair! Thank you for being so patient, informative, and on top of everything every step of the way! And the biggest thanks for always handling old man Charles with love!

I had a great experience after taking my dog to be groomed at Heart + Paw for the first time! Amber was lovely and listened to my preferences perfectly and my dog came out looking amazing! I loved that you can see through the window to where they’re being groomed so you know they’re being treated with care. I’ve already scheduled our next appointment there, I would definitely recommend.

My cats Benny & Flynn both have been getting treated at Heart + Paw -East Market since I adopted them a year ago. The staff at Heart + Paw are all very friendly and kind and communicative throughout their veterinary visits. I feel when they come here they are in good hands and never have to worry. They always answer all of my questions and I get a detailed outline after each visit sent to me. They are easy to get ahold of either by phone, text, or appointment making on their website. Super efficient. Their location is super close to my apartment which makes it easy to transport my cats to their appointments. The office is very nice & clean, and while the vet is not always either of my cat’s favorite place, the office does their best to help make Benny and Flynn feel safe and comfortable while they are there. I love how the moment we enter the office the front desk staff greet us with warm smiles and often I show the staff some cute pictures of the boys at home and reels I post on their instagram page. No matter what the circumstance of our visit is, there has never been a time at Heart + Paw that my experience was less than satisfactory. Their customer service and treatment is alwa
