Healthy Pet - Arbor Trails

The staff was very nice, but I left feeling completely confused. I bought 6 Koha cans during the Buy 2, Get 1 Free promotion, so I paid for 4 cans and took home 6. Later I noticed my receipt showed 7 Koha items, so I went back to ask about it. I even placed all 6 cans on the counter so we could compare them with the receipt. The employee first said she could give me a refund, then changed her mind and insisted the extra item was “free.” If the 7th item was free, then where is it? I only left with 6 cans. What frustrated me most was that instead of looking at the actual cans right in front of her, she only looked at the receipt and insisted it was correct. She never counted the cans, never acknowledged there might be a mistake, and never apologized for the confusion. Mistakes happen, but this explanation simply didn’t add up. Friendly staff, but someone really needs a refresher on basic math.

The best place for your furry family members! Healthy Pet at Arbor Trails is simply wonderful. The store is well-stocked with high-quality products and the staff clearly has a genuine passion for animals. They took the time to help me find exactly the right food and supplies for my dog and their advice was spot on. The shop is clean, organized, and has a warm, welcoming atmosphere. It's so reassuring to shop somewhere that truly prioritizes the health and happiness of your pets. My go-to pet store from now on!

Best pet store in Southwest Austin – they love your pets as much as you do! Healthy Pet Arbor Trails is an absolute gem. The store is spotlessly clean, well-organized, and the staff are genuinely passionate about animals – they love your pets and it shows! The self-serve dog wash is the best I've found in Austin – individual wash stations, all supplies provided, and incredible value for the price. Haley was especially amazing, taking the time to help find the right products for my dog's skin issues. A truly outstanding neighborhood pet store!

The store is very clean and items are easy to find. The staff is friendly and quick to help. I asked an employee the difference between two similar items. She told me she didn’t know but would look it up. Gave me an answer in minutes. Great customer service! The baths in the back are great for large pups and affordable. I love that they provide all the bathing supplies.

First time visiting and using their self-serve wash today! Everyone was so welcoming and friendly, and gave my dog so much attention and treats! The self-serve wash is definitely the best that we have been to in Austin and has an amazing value for the price! I have actually worked as a dog groomer for 3 years and am extremely impressed with the dog wash! We will be back!
