Dear Dr. Peale, Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for being Hershee’s guardian angel from the very beginning to the very end. Looking back over Hershee’s life, your steady presence is woven through every chapter. You helped us navigate the high-energy puppy days, kept her thriving through adulthood, and provided such profound comfort and grace as she grew old. Saying goodbye to her was the hardest thing we have ever had to do, but having you there made an unbearable day a little more bearable. Your compassion during her final moments reflected the same beautiful care you gave her every single day of her life. You gave us the greatest gift possible: more high-quality, happy years with our beloved Hershee than we could have ever hoped for. We will never forget your kindness, your gentleness, or the peace of mind you always gave us. Please extend our heartfelt thanks to your entire team as well. You are all truly extraordinary. With love and gratitude, Mary and Louis Maldonado

When you have to make the most difficult decisions, HPMC is the ONLY place you want to go. Best veterinary services I’ve ever experienced over 20 years. We’ve been with HPMC for 7 years through 8 dogs and 1 cat… newborn through senior end of life services. Dr Peale has been spot on with emergency visits, quality of life assessments, and all services. Dr. Clemmons is as well. Maddie and all the staff have always been kind and accommodating with not only regular visits but emergency drop offs, special accommodations through 2020-2021, and anything we’ve ever needed. Well worth every penny. I’d say costs are comparable. You’re really getting more than your moneys worth here. Been to another animal hospital nearby and had a bad experience having to but one of our dogs down due to their chosen methods. Never again. I will only ever go to Dr. Peale. I’ll wait till her facility has an opening. Our Shih-Tzu loves HPMC and so do we. ❤️

Great vet experience every time, but especially today. The staff were able to see my dog as a same day drop-in appointment. Dr. Amy and staff were thorough with my dog's history and assessment. Dr. Amy took the extra time to really understand the timeline of my dog's symptom onset and she talked me through all treatment options without pushing for any extra diagnostics. Highly recommend this clinic. Thank you Dr. Amy and all staff!

Everything about Hayden Pet Medical Center is wonderful. From the vets to the staff, everything. Gina even helped us with great recommendations when we called desperate about a friend's pet that has cancer and wasn't even from this area. Our lab had kidney stone surgery and Dr not only was a great surgeon but helped put our minds at ease about the safety of performing surgery on an older dog. They are very professional yet super friendly at the same time. They're the perfect balance. We recommend them highly.

Hayden Pet Medical Center has been absolutely wonderful. Dr. Blum is truly amazing with our dogs — incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable. She made the entire experience feel calm and reassuring, especially with our two Rottweilers (ages 12 and 6), which means a lot to us. From start to finish, the care and attention we received were top-notch. Dr. Blum took the time to explain everything clearly and treated our dogs with so much compassion. The rest of the staff has also been consistently helpful, friendly, and welcoming, making every visit a positive experience. We’re so grateful to have such a great veterinary team and highly recommend Hayden Pet Medical Center to anyone looking for excellent care and genuinely kind people.
