Did a great job on my senior cat who has a ton of anxiety around being in a carrier! Having somebody meet me at my home made it so much easier on her. Scheduling was fairly easy with a quick turnaround time. Will definitely use again!

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Haute Pets and feel it’s important to share what happened so other pet owners can make an informed decision. My appointment was originally scheduled for Wednesday. Haute Pets rescheduled 43 minutes AFTER my scheduled appointment time, which was already frustrating. I agreed to reschedule, but on the new appointment day, the groomer still arrived 20 minutes late. I chose Haute Pets specifically because their website states that they specialize in Shih Tzus, so I had high expectations for breed-appropriate grooming and attention to detail. After the groom was completed, I paid and tipped before realizing my dog, Nugget, was returned to me with his ears still noticeably wet, and his ears and tail not trimmed at all. I contacted the company to ask whether blow-drying was included in the service (it is), and I sent photos as proof. During the follow-up call, the owner told me that she herself was shocked by the explanation given by the groomer — that the groomer has arthritis and carpal tunnel and “could not feel” whether my dog was dry. We are such fans of Haute Pet and Sarah! With a skittish older dog who is unsure about all things grooming, Sarah is particularly well-suited, speaking so sweetly to my dog and being gentle with her and quick. And the timing really matters too. Gone are the days of dropping off my dog at the groomer and picking her up 4 hours later when she’s spent most of the time in a crate. We walk to the driveway and are wrapped up in about an hour! Sarah always does a great job - we are always pleased with the cut and delighted to continue to keep Haute Pets and Sarah on speed dial.

We couldn’t be happier with the care and service our dog receives from Sarah with Haute Pets She truly loves our dog, and it shows in the attention and care she provides. She’s incredibly personable and always makes both us and our pup feel comfortable. The grooming job she does is fantastic—our dog looks amazing every time! On top of that, she’s always on time and super flexible with appointments, which makes scheduling so easy. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a top-notch groomer!

They were wonderful. Our puppy needed his first grooming two weeks before our cross country move- a high energy Springer. Jennifer made space for us last minute, Maxi understood the breed, and did an incredible job (and helped teach me when I asked for advice.) They did everything they could to convenience us and make him comfortable. Really kind group of people
