Edit: none of the review replys take accountability for the quality of service your clients are complaining about. You seem to be shifting the blame to the client in every reply. You guys did NOT offer more times for me to tour the facility. You guys said you were too busy and didnt have time to show me the facility. I was mistaken as to my times though. To clarify, my appointment was supposed to be between 1pm and and 2pm on 7/9. I have the appointment reminder if you would like to see it. I was 30 late mins, yes i did pull in the parkinglot at 130pm( for my supposed one hour appointment) and they told me the appointment was only 30 minutes long and could not walk me through being how I already "missed" the 30 min. The staff was rude and unhelpful at every turn. At 1st they told me they didnt have time to do a walk through with me, this was 2 weeks before I would need services. I told them I couldn't book unless I walked through. They gave me an hour window to do a walk through(1-2pm), 3 days before i was due to use there services. I arrived arrived at 130 and they said they didnt have time to do the walk through. I ultimately did have my dogs stay there. Bc I couldnt find any wh

Lil Princess Pepper loves her daycare time at Happy Tails! They do fantastic fun holiday photos, she gets treated like a spoiled baby, and she is always so excited when we pull up to the property. She has started to recognize the driveway and will start to happy whine until we get her out of the car! They're fairly priced, the staff is always kind and happy, and I know that she is well-loved and exhausted from a fun busy day when we pick her up. It's a great local business, I love driving up to the property for the wonderful little things they have around too: kittens, bunnies, chickens, turkeys, parrots, horses... These folks take animal love/care as seriously as a vet clinic. The grooming is a bit pricey, and all boarding reservations must be paid in full upfront, which can be tough sometimes. However, it's a price well paid in my opinion!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a wonderful experience with Happy Tails Daycare in Fort Wayne. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and genuinely caring. They took the time to provide a thorough tour of the facility and explained their processes in detail, which helped me feel comfortable and confident in their services. What stood out most was their patience. They encouraged questions and took the time to answer every one thoughtfully without making me feel rushed. It’s clear that they care about both the pets and their owners. The pricing is also very reasonable, especially considering the quality of care and customer service they provide. The facility is well-maintained, and the staff’s dedication to creating a safe and fun environment for our furry pets is beyond appreciated! I highly recommend Happy Tails Daycare to anyone looking for reliable, professional, and caring pet care in Fort Wayne!

I took my dog Comet to Happy Tails to get groomed. He came out looking and smelling amazing. I will definitely becoming back here to get him groomed again! Also the staff were super nice and helpful! I would definitely recommend coming here! He also passed his free daycare assessment, and earned him a free day of daycare. I’m so excited to bring him to daycare next week.

My pup has been here for both boarding and daycare. He absolutely is beyond excited when we pull in and cannot wait to go play with his buddies. The staff here are all super sweet and visibly love their jobs working here. I cannot say enough good things about Happy Tails! He comes hope happy and ready for a snooze every time which is a huge win with his abundant energy!
