As a dog owner, I regard my dogs the same as my family. Nothing is too good for my fur babies. As such, I put a lot of trust into who care I chose to care for my babies when I am not with them. Happy Dog Resort was referred to me by another dog owner. I checked their reviews and toured their facility before I chose to give them a try. After a short meet and greet evaluation, I booked their first grooming appointment with a groomer named Francis. Francis did not disappoint me. My Portuguese Water Dog who can a bit spicy looked amazing when I picked her up. The same can be said for my golden retriever, Shiloh who has had many bath and brushing visits with many of their dog washer's that are on staff. Since that first visit, I have returned often too keep my babies looking beautiful. Now when my dogs come they stay for the day to spend the day with their four legged friends. At the end of the play date, they get all prettied up by the grooming staff. When I picked them up at the end of the day, they are not only tired from playing all day, they also look amazing. Thank you to the staff at Happy Dog Resort for the work and passionate care that you provide to our beloved dogs.

We left our 3 amigos here for week while we traveled. They seemed to do fine with the lodging. The facility is clean and the staff is super kind and helpful. We liked that our pups could stay together the entire time. We also enjoyed watching them on the outdoor cameras. It's nice to receive daily pics and report cards. We appreciated the picks when they received their add on treats and snuggles. The only thing that was disappointing is that the beds were very wet and a bit mildew smelling when we picked them up. We were told they had a water bowl spill. It seemed like they might have had wet bedding for a few days. Overall we'll still them give 5 stars.

We absolutely love Happy Dog Resort! We've been clients with them since they opened in Fall of 2023 after switching from another local daycare. We do Day Camp, Glamping (grooming/camp day), and occasionally extended care. Our pups, Harley and Max, always have an amazing time here - Max gets all the snuggles he wants while Harley enjoys her favorite activity, water play! They willingly leave me at drop off, and are happy to see the Pack Leaders, which is huge for me to know they feel comfortable and safe. At a previous day care they would often pull back to the car, and we knew we had to make a change. In 3 years, that has never happened at Happy Dog. The owner Brittany, is a wonderful human who truly loves animals, as does her staff, which is obvious with all the adorable little touches they add to the facility (yay for report cards and pictures!). She's also present at the facility, which we appreciate. We also love Jen, who has worked with our dogs for grooming since 2022 and helps manage the facility. The staff is amazing, and we're impressed they recognize us and our pups when we walk in given how popular this place is. I've recommended this place many times to colleagues and f

My husband and I decided to bring our pup to Happy Dog Resort for an evaluation. We were a little hesitant at first because we adopted him from a shelter, and he had already been rehomed three times before he was even a year old. We know he's such a good boy; he just has a lot of energy! The staff was incredibly kind throughout the entire enrollment process. On the day of his evaluation, they called us about 2–3 hours after we dropped him off to let us know he was doing really well. He came home so happy and completely exhausted (in the best way!). I was even happier when I read his report and saw how much he truly enjoyed being there. He socialized with other dogs and had so much fun. Now, every time we drop him off, he's so excited that he's ready to run straight inside! We haven't had a chance to tour the facility yet, but from the pictures and the lobby, everything is very clean, doesn't have any odor, and the staff is simply **WONDERFUL!** They make you feel so welcomed from the moment you walk in. ​I cannot express enough gratitude to the incredible team at Happy Dog Resort. This has always been our dog Skywalker’s absolute favorite place to be, but a recent experience proved that they are so much more than just a boarding and daycare facility—they are lifesavers. ​During a recent stay, the staff noticed Skywalker was in respiratory distress. Instead of overlooking it or delaying, they were incredibly quick to assess the situation, recognize the severity, and alert us immediately. Because of their fast actions and sharp instincts, he was able to be rushed to the emergency animal hospital right down the road just in time. ​The level of attentiveness and genuine care they showed Skywalker in a critical moment is something we will never forget. They truly treated him like a member of their own family when it mattered most. ​While Skywalker won't be able to go back for the foreseeable future as he recovers, we are so thankful for the extra time we have with him because of this team.
