They did an amazing job with my cat Anakin! ❤️🐱 I was very nervous boarding him for the first time and had so many questions. I asked for a tour and Becky was amazing. She answered all my questions, listened to my concerns, and was very understanding. Anakin is a very shy boy and does not do well with changes in his environment. It took him two days just to come out of his carrier and some time to get comfortable. The staff did an amazing job letting him take his time and not bothering him. I also got daily updates, which made me feel so much better. I booked him only a few days before spring vacation, so it was very last minute, but they did an amazing job accommodating him and making everything work. The whole staff was great, very upfront about pricing, and they also have extra enrichment options if you want your cat to get some extra attention. They also have a camera option, which was great because I could check on Anakin and see how he was doing. By the end of his stay, Anakin became very comfortable and explored the entire place. From shy guy to loving all the attention!

I can not praise this place enough. My groomer was Andrea. She was spectacular with my cat Dusty.. He is anxious, fights me tooth and nail just to get him in the carrier. Andrea was patient and kind and loving. Dusty has always had to be sedated by the vet to get shaved bathed and groomed. The prices at the Vet have gone astronomical and I can no longer afford them. Dusty is long haired and it had been 8 months since his last shave. He was a nasty mess. I seriously did not believe she could handle him. ( I got the text, thinking….yup, come get him… we cannot do it.) Nope, it said, he was finished. He was so happy when I picked him up, he is still bumping me and purring… seriously I cried. He looks and smells great. No anesthesia..shocking! I cannot thank Andrea and the whole Cat Hotel crew enough. The price was super reasonable….This is our new happy place…. The Happy Cat Hotel. Dusty purred like a Motor Boat the entire way home…Thank you so much Andrea. 💜⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The most wonderful place for kitties! I was so nervous having to leave my cat for a week, but he was so well cared for and looked like he had the most wonderful time! The daily updates were so cute and I am so so glad I trusted Happy Cat Hotel!

My family recently went on vacation and had to board our 2 cats. Happy Cat Hotel in Windsor was recommended to us by our Vet. I am so happy with boarding with them. We got daily photo updates and some peace of mind being able to access the Webcam anytime during their stay. The staff was super nice and you can tell they really love what they do. My cats got plenty of love with pets and play time from staff. I highly recommend them and will be returning next family vacation.

EXCELLENT experience and care at the happy cat hotel in the Windsor location! Staff is extremely attentive, helpful, communicative, competent; and above all, caring and responsible! Their system works well for ensuring your cats’ needs are taken care of (food plans, preferences, etc). They communicate often and are very responsive. I would always opt for the add on- cat camera which is a cheap, entertaining and comforting option. (but don’t blame them if your kitty finds a sweet and comfy nook to hide from the camera! lol) Don’t worry, if you check the camera often enough you’ll SEE first hand how caring they are. These are the experts you want watching your fur babies! Amazing experience overall. Will definitely return and highly recommend!
