I just love them n their service. My Lola has been there twice. N she comes out smiling nice n soft. Apologies for her face she is just a little upset we cut her hair. She loves her long hair. 😆 🤣 . However we love the Happy Cat Hotel. LOLA will be back.

This place is AMAZING!! I think this is the best in New York!! I travel a couple of times a year, and this is the only place I trust to leave my cat Poppy. The rooms are spacious, beautifully designed for cats, and super cute. The staff are professional and truly understand cats! I receive daily updates, and they are always very responsive whenever I have any questions. The webcam feature is wonderful. I love being able to see what Poppy is up to in her cute hotel room. She needs medication twice a day, and they help administer it on schedule so she never misses a dose. They also make sure she gets playtime and interaction, so she still receives attention when I’m not around. They have taken such good care of Poppy. She has stayed here 9 times, and this hotel has truly become her home away from home. We will be coming back again in a few weeks when I need to travel again. As a cat owner, this place gives me complete peace of mind. I know my cat is safe, cared for, and loved whenever she stays here. Knowing she is in good hands makes traveling so much easier. I am a very happy repeat customer. I have been using Happy Cat Hotel in Westchester for the past two years and have been extremely satisfied with both their boarding facilities and exceptional staff. The team is dedicated, caring, and consistently friendly, which gives me great peace of mind whenever I travel. One of the things I appreciate most is knowing my cat is receiving excellent care without the stress of arranging for someone to come to my home to feed and check on them. The staff's professionalism and genuine affection for the cats make all the difference. I highly recommend Happy Cat Hotel to anyone looking for a safe, reliable, and loving place to board their cat.

Our cats, Maple and Moose, both LOVE the Happy Cat Hotel! We were nervous about sending Moose for boarding... as you can see, he likes to hide! But the next photo, taken just a few days later, shows how comfortable he is after a little time to warm up. Our other cat, Maple, is a very curious and social cat, so she spends her enrichment times exploring and cuddling with staff. They do a great job at maintaining communication and being available if you have any concerns. Every person I've spoken to has been helpful and friendly. Thank you to Amanda T (who took both the hiding photo and the head bunting photo of Moose) for being patient with our guy, Adrian J for sending an amazing collection of 20+ high-quality photos for one enrichment, and Jenna T for the close-up photo of Maple's nose.

This is my fourth time leaving my cats at this hotel. There is no other place that I will have my fur babies. I feel comfortable knowing that they are in the hands and care of the staff at the Happy Cat Hotel. My cats have a room, with water, litter box and etc. My cats enjoy their stay. My fur babies will continue to go here. To the staff, you all are AMAZING. Keep up the great work. Thank you 🫡😺🐾❤️
