Since we both my husband and self are in the beginning of a new caretaker both Tic and Toc our two boys as cats go they were treated royally at Hanover Animal Care. The facility was super clean, had a very social and courteous staff on greeting, and both the tech and Vet were wonderful. We are just starting as we are going with their care there but we think it is a new and welcome chapter for our little one's lives.

We’ve been taking our dogs here for over 16 years. We love how they love our babies. We have 2 boys, Gunner (7 yrs, 50 weeks) & Hunter (3 yrs). We won’t take them anywhere else. Everyone here is super friendly, caring, knowledgeable & empathetic. They handle the good, the bad & the ugly with care. I always know my boys are in the best hands possible.

When my little guys cancer came back it was quick and i was losing sleep trying to figure out what Im going to do. Making an appointment was easy, I took him in and sadly i made the choice of letting him go but the staff was very kind. I did this alone so it meant so much to me for Sal and Marissa to listen to me vent, consider my feelings and a keepsake for my buddy. I know this job is really hard seeing sick pets, hurt people and i commend the compassonate people who help people by listening because not alot of places care. I might make this my vet next time i need one. Now i don’t have to wake up every hour asking if my little boy is ok now i know he is at peace safe in my heart.🩷

We have been coming to Hanover Park Animal Care Center for a little over a year now. The staff is polite and kind. Today was especially nice, I just had to post a review. We are usually pretty anxious when we have to go in with our furry one. But today Dr. Gatta and Nate ( I believe the tech) were super attentive, and extremely patient, and reassuring that our furry one was in good hands. They even took the time to tell us about their loyalty program that helped in the end when we were checking out. Just very thankful for Dr.Gatta & Nate. Overall the facility is very clean and the schedulers help you get an appointment as quick as possible.

Always efficient, friendly and I feel like my little dog matters. Of course, everything costs a fortune but Hanover Park Animal Care is no different to anywhere else. I bring my Shih Tzu here for everything: grooming, shots and when he is sick. Great Doctors, great technicians.
