Simply put… amazing. Louie did an amazing job with the my cut and really went the extra mile ensuring his accuracy with the difficult straight edge shave on my head. He was always making sure every step of the cut was precise and non irritating to my sensitive scalp. 10/5 if I could rate that much higher than the limit of 5! The atmosphere here is unique, inviting, refined, and the owner (apologies, her name slipping from my mind) was so passionate about everything they offer. She has a great story of how they started and provides an awesome experience prepping for the cut with a smoked whiskey and conversation. Can’t recommend H&N enough!

I have been a premium member here for the last three months, regularly getting haircuts, shaves, and pedicures, and I cannot recommend this place enough. It is a true hidden gem for men who want a complete grooming experience, from haircuts to manicures, pedicures, and facials. The atmosphere is incredibly vibrant yet relaxing, the skilled technicians deliver premium results, and the complimentary drinks are a fantastic touch to the members. What really sets them apart is their incredible customer service. I had a minor front desk issue during a pedicure last night. As soon as management found out, the owner personally reached out to me with updates to fix the situation and even credited me a free service. Seeing how deeply they care about their members makes me appreciate this business even more. Their service and response are top-tier, and I look forward to my next visit! First time seeing Corie and getting the wax treatment. I am very pleased with the results of getting my ears an nose waxed and looking forward to the benefit of not dealing with hair in these areas for several weeks. Corie was very personable and professional. The experience was very pleasant as she kept be abreast of everything she was doing and why. Looking forward to seeing Corie for future services.

I have always had issues with my hair. Until Malcolm gave key recommendations that I’d never heard from my stylists before. I appreciate the fact that he was telling me the steps we needed to take for me to achieve the hairstyle I eventually want. I love that he has plans and would even involve me in achieving them. I appreciate that he would also give recommendations on what I should be doing, which I would certainly follow! Thank you so much, Malcolm, and I am most certainly sure I will see you. Guaranteed, you will be my stylist for a long time!

Hammer & Nails in Valencia truly sets the bar for men’s grooming. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the upscale, yet comfortable vibe and the genuine hospitality of the staff. The customer service is top-notch—everyone was welcoming, professional, and attentive to the little details that make a big difference. The shop is proudly owned by a woman veteran, and she was incredibly helpful in walking me through all the grooming services they offer. You can really tell there’s passion and pride behind everything they do. I ended up going with the shave and haircut package—and it was phenomenal. The haircut was sharp, the shave was smooth and relaxing, and the entire experience felt more like a retreat than just a grooming session. If you’re a guy looking to upgrade your grooming game or just need a place to unwind and look your best, this is it. Can’t recommend Hammer & Nails Valencia enough. I’ll definitely be back!
