I stopped in today for my first visit and I’m so glad I did! I’m visiting from out of town, and the entire team — Jaime, Lesly, Mike, and Jasmin — made me feel genuinely welcome and right at home from the moment I walked in. The service was top-notch across the board. Everyone was professional, attentive, and clearly knows what they’re doing. What really stood out was how friendly and engaging they all were. We had wonderful conversations the whole time, and their great personalities made the experience so enjoyable. It felt more like hanging out with friends than just getting groomed. How do we ever begin to express our extreme gratitude to Hammer & Nails Grooming Shop for Guys – Naperville for helping make Ray’s prom experience absolutely unforgettable? Ray is a 100-year-old WWII veteran who was drafted and sent to war before he ever had the chance to attend prom or graduate in 1945. This year, our Tech Connect – Bridging Generations club at Metea Valley High School set out to give Ray the prom experience he never had, and Hammer & Nails stepped in with incredible generosity and kindness to help make it happen. They completely polished Ray up for his big night with a fresh haircut, a professional shave, and even polished his nails — which Ray thought was the fanciest thing ever! Watching him smile, laugh, and truly enjoy being pampered was such a special moment for all of us. The team treated him with so much dignity, warmth, and care, making him feel celebrated every step of the way. The team at Hammer and Nails Naperville made the start of birthday TREATYOSELF day amazing!!!! They treated me with care and hospitality rivaled only by the treatment I've received in 5 star spas I've visited on holiday. Its best to treat everyone like a celebrity, you never know who knows who! Thanks for cupcake as well. I'll never stop talking about this experience.
