I trialed 2 of my dogs at Hamilton for rally obedience. The venue was clean, organized, and I felt safe on the premises. I would highly recommend!

I was at a dog obedience trial today at this facility. The trial secretary and others is very rude and abrupt. The facility is adequate for one class at a time. I guess. But the staff of this place is on another planet. Stay away and go to Queen City or Kathy Cooks facility in Georgetown Ohio. Ms Maess is the queen of rudeness.

Attended puppy training class, never to dog training before. Facility appropriate, specifically instructed on my responsibility in maintaining cleanliness of it. Volunteer instructors knowledgeable, friendly, obviously passionate about dogs and raising a happy puppy. Specific classroom criteria and homework. Open to all questions with helpful suggestions. Definitely worthwhile. Initial contact/enrollment some difficulty in reaching right person.

I had such a wonderful experience at Hamilton Dog Training Club (HDTC). I first took my Staffordshire when she was 6 months old. She was such a hard puppy for me and I was not prepared for the stubbornness and drive she has. HDTC has wonderful staff and trainers, with patience and empathy for both the dog and the owner. They helped me develop a relationship with my dog when I thought she was untrainable. Really the issue wasn’t her it was me. They taught me how to be a leader and ultimately trained me how to train my puppy. She is now 3 years old and is a wonderful family member. HDTC has plenty of room for the classes taught. Stick to it and go through all 3 levels of obedience. You won’t regret it. I will forever take my puppies through the classes.

DO NOT TAKE ANY DOG TO THIS "Training Club"! My boyfriend and I have been pet owners for nearly 16yrs, and just needed a refresher course so that we were both on the same page with our new rescue puppy. The facility stated that they offer positive training, they do not. They also stated that it is a friendly environment, it is not. They also state that if you cancel, you must give 7 days notice to get a refund minus a $25 cancellation fee, they do not refund ANY monies. This facility is not heated or air conditioned,(its essentially an 8 car garage), they have other dog training classes going on that is very distracting for owners and pets, the trainers are rude, and the management is completely uneducated when it comes to professional business practices. I filed a complaint with the BBB and the facility opted to not respond. I am now filing a Small Claims case in my county, as they refused to refund ANY of my money after attending 2 "classes". This Club uses choker cords when training, which they supply and put on your dog prior to class. The class size is absolutely ridiculous, the first night there were 11 dogs and the second night there were 6! Clearly they offer no personal on
