Grooming was good three times except my dog was extremely thirsty afterward. Also third time noone showed up for work at my scheduled appointment time and they had lots of trouble rescheduling. I heard a lot of excuses. Owner expects lots of compassion from the customer for all of Her problems but this last appt was off the charts. After I was Extremely patient for 8 hours, I went there at sunset and my dog had not even been started on, was crying and crying shut in a cage. I was lied to with no hint of apology that she "wasn't done", then Gwen dissappeared without a word. Dog's ears smell bad -- not cleaned. She was dry -- not bathed yet. Nothing trimmed or shaved yet. I resent being lied to.

I took my dog, Sophie, to Gwen's for many years. One time, a mishap happened and Gwen told meimmediately, took Sophie to my vet, paid the vet bill and would not accept payment for grooming. I left a generous tip for the groomer and took Sophie and my other dogs there for years to come. Shit happens.. Still going to them Sophie was good.

Dropped off my cat at 1130 to get groomed. She was gonna bath her cut out mats cause she is 13 yrs old and doesnt do the best at grooming. She said she had a cancellation and bring her in. Took her in and she said its generally 4 hrs but she would call. 330 decided to swing in and check and my cat was in her kennel in a cage. Asked how she was doing she said good and shes behind so run some errands and she will call. There was someone else there who had been going there for 13 yrs and her dog had an express service and still wasnt done and she dropped off her dog at noon. She said if I were you I would take your cat and go. So i asked her what had been done and basically in 4 hrs she had given my cat a bath. Otherwise sitting in her kennel in a cage lets say the other 3.5 hours. She was very snarky with the other lady when she was trying to check out. I took my cat home and she said you can just take her no charge and went back to the employee area. NEVER WILL GO BACK!

Great groomers, terrible business. You can barely get someone whenever you call, can take multiple days. Was told when I arrived it would take 4 hours. Don't hear for 8 hours so I show up, the business owner lies to me saying she said 4 hours pr more when she did not. It usually takes an entire day for them to even do the simplest jobs on your dog. She also didn't even finish the nail job. And then she followed me to my car which is unbelievably unprofessional. Do not waste your time with this company.

I took my little guy there to one groomer and she was wonderful! Unfortunately, she had to go to the doctor, so our last visit I had to call to check on him after 5 hours. I was put on hold for 10 minutes and then told I needed to talk to the groomer. The owner got on the phone and said the girl who was working on him and had to go to the hospital. I just asked to know when he would be done because I didn't want to keep them. She said 40 more minutes and she would call. At 7pn when I didn't hear I went back and then had to come back 30 minutes later. When I got there I watched my puppy shake as she chomped on a sucker. When he got done she tried to make me feel bad because her "daughter was in the hospital and almost died." I just wanted to get my puppy home. His face was unevenly cut with a nick in his snout. I asked to just put the regular amount on my card. The owner then said,"I'll be sure to tell the staff member you didn't tip her while she was in the hospital." She also asked if my name was Karen and repeated how her daughter was in the hospital. I reiterates that I hoped her daughter's health would improve that I did appreciate her daughter and I just wanted to take my pupp
