Vets and pet-health businesses handle what a groomer cannot. General veterinarians and animal hospitals do checkups, vaccinations, dental cleanings, spaying and neutering and sick visits; emergency and 24-hour vets treat injuries and sudden illness at night and on weekends; mobile vets come to the house; rehab centers offer physical therapy, hydrotherapy and acupuncture; and pet pharmacies fill prescriptions and sell prescription diets. Groomers often spot skin problems, ear infections, lumps or overgrown nails first and will suggest a vet visit.
Hours are published for 6 days a week. Typical hours are 8 am–5 pm. Note that it does not open on Sunday. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. The listed phone number is (228) 865-0575. Had a (possible) emergency with my dog on a Friday afternoon. Had trouble finding anyone who would take us at that time last minute. We were so lucky they were not busy and we were seen basically immediately. The vet tech who wore glasses but did not get her name was amazing and the vet (both young women) whose name I also did not get were super accommodating and talked me through everything when I was a little freaked out and anxious. Highly recommend.

All I can say if you get what you pay for, and cheap services dont always mean good services. I took my 5 month old puppy in for an evaluation because he was having very violent and bloody diarrhea that lasted two months. The first time I took him I was charged $100 given 3 medicines and was told “their was nothing wrong with him” the only other remedy they had for us was allergy testing which was going to be $450-$500 if they knew anything about a dog having allergies they would know that’s normally a topical issue and would not cause bloody diarrhea. Fast forward a week and he’s still having very bloody/mucus diarrhea. I take him back this time with my own stool sample (which was more than enough) and still they see “nothing” this time only $15 but the tech also recommended that the vet would want to do some allergy testing…well I was tired of seeing my pup this way and knew I needed a second opinion at a different vet for the result to be hook worms…that visit was $196 which I gladly paid to finally have treatment for my pup and a prevention for my other dogs as well. So now after paying $330 dollars for hook worms they are not admitting any fault of their own and will not refun

Walked up there in the heat with my labradoodle because I was that concerned about her and admittedly it was about 20 minutes til closing but the woman behind the counter said that no one was there. So, I attempted to ask for maybe some advice and she hatefully snapped "I don't care!" I'm not taking my companion to anyone who doesn't care! At least she was up front about it. And that's all I can say about that! 😔

Great experience. Was in and out in maybe 30 min. They do not keep you waiting. Very knowledgeable and caring towards your pet. Clean business too. Very reasonable pricing! It was an excellent experience across the board. As my grandpa used to say, “They are on the ball in that joint!” 👍🏻👍🏻

Absolutely love this place!! I helped a friend out and took his dog to get his ears clipped. Not sure how they look yet but they definitely made it easy on me with the little information I had and a picture I handed them after they handed me a picture of 3 types of cuts I said I don't know but I really hope yall know which one based off this picture bc he said he thinks it's a medium cut and they said no it's a show cut and had no problem with us bringing a picture. Very nice and knowledgeable! This was my first time in there and I watched them say hello to multiple customers by name, deal with an upset customer very calmly, smooth, apologetic and owned the mistake and corrected it with in 5 min. The customer went from very frustrated to happy that fast also. Then they moved on without missing a beat and alternated walk ins and appointments without making anyone feel like a burden. Good job yall! I don't know.... I'm gonna miss the cute floppy ears! 😊
