Asked for a deshed, nail cut and "slight trim" for my border collie mix dog and picked them up with a full body choppy, uneven, hurried, unnecessary mess. Just a terrible job on the haircut. I'm sure everything else was fine and they seem like nice folks but my dog looks stupid now. Shaved stomach like they are going into a surgery all the way up to the ribs, all hair on legs and ears cut short unevenly? Frustrated to take my now goofy looking dog on a trip and looking forward to two months from now when this looks better.

I'm on my third generation of dogs that I've been bringing here for over a decade. Simon, then Luck and Panda and Toby, and now Max. It's a small business and they've always done a truly phenomenal job cleaning them, working with difficult temperaments, conscientious about their allergies and mine.

I’ve been bringing my two dogs here and they always leave looking and smelling so fresh and clean; they even have a cute bandanna added to their service. The prices are very reasonable and the people are so nice and welcoming and they have them done in a timely manner. I usually go right when they open; especially during the summer months.

WARNING! I WOULD RECOMMEND THAT YOU DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG HERE.. THE EMPLOYEES ARE VERY NICE, VERY RESPECTFUL, BUT THEY ARE VERY LAZY , THEY CUT CORNERS , AND THEY DO NOT GIVE YOU WHAT YOU ASK FOR THEY DO WHAT THEY WANT.HOW THEY WANT NO QUESTIONS ASKED. I ASKED FOR MY DOG TO GET A LIGHT TRIM AND THEY CUT HER HAIR COMPLETELY OFF.SHE LOOKS LIKE A NAKED MOLE RAT..WE WILL NEVER BE BACK HERE AGAIN. HER HAIR CUT LOOKS TERRIBLE AND RUSHED.. THANKS ALOT GROOMINGDAILS.

I found Groomingdales almost 20 years ago. Until I moved all the way over by UNLV, I never went anywhere else but to Groomingdales. I miss this shop so much. The staff is amazing, the owner Scott is one of the nicest people I've ever known. He groomed both my Shih Tzus and my Dachshund. When my husband and I (boyfriend at the time) realized we both went there, they combined our little card together when we moved in together and at that point had 4 dogs going to them. Frankie and Max were his first clients from me. My dachshund Gracie came 3rd. When I lost Frankie Nov 1st 2012, Scott had a special memory plate made for me for Frankie. Since I've been out here across town since 2019, I've now lost Max and Gracie as well. Max passed in June of 2021 and Gracie just this year in May of 2025. Seymour who was my "step pup" we lost in Oct of 2022. Betty is hanging on and still with us. It's amazing to think that Scott's business has groomed every one of my babies over the years and never once was there an issue. All the dogs loved going there. Even Max the "Rooster crow howler" haha. All the dogs that are cool with being around other dogs are just chilling and roaming around having a b
