FROM THE GROOMER I just wanted to say we had a dog named FLASH he was really matted it wasn't just his chest that was matted his legs were also we could barely get a 7 through his hair, he was not scalped because we used a number 7 blade not a 10 blade ALSO I asked for permission to cut him short. Never did I say can we just cut the chest short in fact I said he needs to go short and I need permission and he said ok. Our business is a family-owned operated business so there's only one bather and 2groomer sometimes 1 and drop off is in the morning and pick up time can be anywhere between 1:00 and 6:00 also we never shave your dog without permission. The mats were close to the skin so if he were getting brushed it was the top getting brush over .I think it was a little miscommunication and the cut needs to be explained a little better . Also screaming through the phone is not caused for it was very unpleasant this could have been spoken about without the screaming we are nice people and we don't just shave dogs . Miscommunication

Flash is a Border Collie - Poodle mix. He is almost 5 years old and weighs about 70 pounds. And his fur needs regular grooming because it grows continuously. Over the years, we have bathed Flash every 2 weeks, brushed him regularly. Initially, we trimmed him at home. We have tried a couple of groomers, but were not satisfied. About 3 months ago, we tried Grooming by Lesa. We were very happy with his first grooming. They have a card they give out - Groomer’s Tips: Mats. On the card they recommend a AFhaircut every 6 to 8 weeks. So Flash went back in 8 weeks, and looked great. Recently, I booked a grooming appointment for Thursday, April 16. I was driving over at 8:30 to drop Flash off when Grooming by Lesa called and said they were overbooked and could not do Flash. After a couple of more calls, I was able to ge Flash an appointment for Monday, April 20. So, yesterday, 6 weeks after his second grooming session, he went back for his third grooming. This time, the grooming was a complete shave back to the skin. It was the first time he has ever been shaved by any groomer. He is a totally different dog. It will grow back. But we will never go back to Grooming by Lesa. Flash was dr

Lesa and her staff are the best ever!!!!I wish I could give them 10 stars. Louie and Willie are miniature White Schnauzers. Stay dirty most of time and get Groomed by Lesa’s shop. They now sport Schnauzer cuts and Lesa incorporate Mohawks on both! This has to be the best they ever looked with Mohawks. Many many compliments. Can’t say enough of their professionalism they offer. Thanks a million!

Groomed by Lesa did such a great job with our dog! He recently had a not so great experience at a different groomer that left him jumpy and sad for a couple of weeks, but he was happy as can be when we picked him up. He is a goldendoodle with SUPER thick hair and they took care to give him an excellent summer cut and he came back soft as velvet. Can’t recommend enough & can’t wait to be back!

Lesa was accommodating and very warm. She showed great care and attention to my pets needs and care. She explained why she cut the way she cut and what it would take to get my fur baby hair back on track. I will travel the 2 1/2 hours monthly for their grooming apt. I will say it was the best cuts ✂️ they have had. My poodle looked show ready. My Maltese was cute as a button considering he had damaged hair from a previous cut. Her prices are very reasonable for all that you get. She pay attention to all details concerning your babies. I Love her.
