My experience with Groomie has been deeply disappointing and problematic. In 2024, I ordered a product for myself and immediately opted out of their subscription service. At that time, there were no further charges, and the issue did not arise until after I purchased a kit for my brother in December 2025 and again opted out. Despite these clear actions, Groomie falsely claimed I signed up as a new subscriber. They continued to charge my account two more times after my opt-outs. I reached out to them, and once they acknowledged my opted-out status, they refunded my money. However, in April 2026, they again claimed I signed up as a new subscriber an assertion that is completely false, as I have been a member since 2024. Adding to the concern, Groomie claims they shipped me a product I neither ordered nor received. They are unable to provide any details about the mailing or current location of the product. This pattern of deceptive billing, misinformation, and lack of transparency is unacceptable. The best groomer money can buy. We took our dog Kaner here for 6 years and I can confidently say these are the best groomers we could have ever asked for. They treat all of their dogs with immense care and love and the grooming itself was immaculate every appointment. Groomies also goes the extra mile in terms of ensuring the dogs are extremely safe, with multiple processes in place to prevent escapes. Sadly we recently moved and can no longer use Groomies, but I cannot recommend them enough and we will always be grateful for how much love and care they showed Kaner over the years.

Mitch and I are first Timers!!! The staff is extremely friendly and Mitch looks absolutely amazing !!! This is a proper cut!!! We found our place !!!! Thank you so much !!!

Very responsive and personable business. The owner stored my phone number in the business phone, so when I call, they always greet me by name. My puppy looked fluffy and apparently had a wonderful time. They have hooks on the wall where they write my puppy’s name and where I can leave her harness and leash for the duration of her stay. She was greeted with lots of cuddles and attention. I especially like it that she is able to run around and play with other dogs while she is not being groomed. I was able to pay with a card on file and her appointment was not too long. Will continue bringing my girl here. Update: My girl got her full cut and they were so patient when she became sick. They informed me so I could pick her up early and they allowed me to come back the next morning to finish her cut. I also have to give them props because they make their own adorable bows! They are simply Velcro bows and the designs are adorable.

I just picked up my dog from Groomies and I am so happy with the result. I got the brush out and bath package, which included a trim of her face, paws, and bum. Ashley did an amazing job! Her coat is super soft and the trim looks great. My dog seems comfy and happy. Would definitely recommend! Book early because there’s a bit of a wait.
